The Haire Haus Summar

Summary:
Welcome to the Haire Haus! This beautiful and centrally located home is perfect for family gatherings. There are plenty of beds, and the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Enjoy the lush backyard, whether sitting on the patio or letting your children run around in the fully fenced backyard.

The home is close to the freeway entrance, shopping (Costco, Target, Walmart, fast food, and sit-down restaurants within a 10-minute drive), and only 30 minutes from downtown Boise.

The Space:
Sleeps eight adults and an infant - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
• Bdrm #1 KING in Masterbedroom
• Bdrm #2 TWIN bunk bed over FULL bed with pull-out TWIN bed.
• Bdrm #3 QUEEN bed with Crib and changing table

Garage use is not included in the listing and is kept for housekeeping purposes.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a friendly place with plenty of welcoming families. It's far off enough not to hear traffic but minutes from the highway.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN & OUT PROCEDURE
Check-in is 4 pm. Checkout is 10 am.
Leave dirty towels in the dirty clothes hamper in each bathroom and any super wet towels in the bathroom tub. Leave dirty dishes in the sink. That’s it. No checkout cleaning is required. You are on vacation!

HOUSE RULES
Please respect our home.
Please remove your shoes once inside.
No Pets, Smoking, Vaping, or use of any recreational drugs inside or on the property.
No Parties. Keep music and noise quiet after 9 pm each night.
Please clean up any accidental spills.

Failure to comply with the pet and smoking/drug policies and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $750 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Comfortable!

A really nice place and very clean. Did have trouble making the thermostat to work, but Mr. Haire responded to my text right away and we got it warmer for us. It was mentioned that it was new, so I’m sure it will be cleared up with experience.

Disappointed

All 5 members of our party felt unsafe, as there were arguments outside at the neighbor's house that escalated, and we could clearly hear inside the VRBO with windows closed. Another neighbor's argument ensued out in front of the VRBO after we retired to bed. Round dowels in the Window tracks to keep anyone from braking in through the windows didn't help our concerns. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. The Carpets in each room had visible stains. The Kitchen was beautiful, Couch was comfortable.

Comfortable and Convenient

This property was comfortable, well maintained, and clean. The owner was very quick to respond and address any issues. Conveniently located close to the freeway and shopping. It fit our needs well to visit the area.

Neat and tidy

Our mother passed away and our family came from the Midwest for her memorial service in June. Some of the family came to the Haire Haus after the service to visit and reminisce ~although the circumstance was sad the atmosphere and visiting was appreciated with the setup and cleanliness of this VRBO.
