“Härlig kryssning i Halong Bay,transfer mellan hotell & båt fungerade mycket bra. Sköna bussar med wi-fi men på båten fungerade det inte. Maten ombord var mycket bra men deras happy houer & aktiviteterna kändes lite forcerat - allting skulle göras så fort eftervartannat istället för att tex ha middagen lite senare på kvällen. Båten känns väldigt lyxig & fräsch,man får vattenflaska både i kabinen & på bussen. Rekommenderas verkligen ”

“Staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice. In house restaurant was fantastic. Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. ”

Their service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d love to give special mentions to Tom (Cruise Manager), Tracy, Anna, the gentleman at the reception and cooking demo (forgot his name, sorry!), Ahn from the F&B crew, and the boys at squid fishing. “Overall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty.”

“The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. The room we had was spectacular and very clean. All round a great experience and would highly recommend. ”
