  • Välkommen till Nanaimo mest önskvärda plats att ringa hem hemifrån. Beläget i det vackra Nanaimo centrum, ligger detta lugna strandhotell bara några steg från Nanaimo berömda Seawall och Nanaimo Yacht Club. Ta en lugn promenad ner i Seawall för att njuta av parker, restauranger, pubar, shopping, kaféer och mycket mer.

    Vidare ligger på sjön en vattentaxi som tar dig till en 10 minuters resa till Newcastle Island eller Protection Island där du kan njuta av vacker vandring, sightseeing och den berömda Ding Dock Pub till lunch. Om en dagstur till vackra Vancouver är av intresse för dig, erbjuder Seawall också en sjöfartstjänst som har dig i Vancouver inom 20 minuter. BCFerries ligger 2 km från fastigheten och är en bekväm service för att få dig nästan var som helst du vill åka.

    Vår 1 sovrum boende är utrustad med en mycket bekväm queen size-säng med ett minne skum topper säkerställa en fantastisk natts sömn. Fantastiska havsutsikt från ditt sovrumsfönster är säker på att imponera. Dessutom ger hans och hennes garderober mycket utrymme att packa upp. Inkluderat är en 4 stycke badrum med en vacker glasdusch med ett överdimensionerat regnduschhuvud och uppvärmda plattor.

    På huvudnivån hittar du ett avancerat gourmetkök (för familjen kock) utrustad med nya apparater och en gasspis spis. På toppen av apparaterna hittar du 10ft höga köksskåp med ett vackert utrymme att laga mat i. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver.

    Att runda av huvudnivån är att dölja en säng för ytterligare sovsal. Vår deluxe utdragbar soffa rymmer enkelt 2 gäster.

    Vänligen gärna äta frukost, lunch eller middag på den solskyddade uteplatsen med utsikt över vattnet. Bara incase det kan vara för varmt ute i våra soliga somrar, snälla sätt på luftkonditioneringen!

This is a wonderful property, with lots of amenities and a great location. From the kitchen to bedroom, we couldn’t really have asked for much more with the place. Our dog loved the very short walk down to the park along the ocean, as well as the balcony with the beautiful view. Brittany was a great host and looked after our stay very well.

Beautiful property situated just off the promenade. We walked everyday to cafes, restaurants and parks. Perfect stay all around in Nanaimo. I highly recommend property if you’re staying in Nanaimo. Brittany was a great host making our first stay easy.

For my wife and I visiting my daughter and son in law in Nanaimo, this was a perfect place for the two of us. Clean, well stocked kitchen, and right across from the yahct club and sea wall walkway. Close to downtown but a safe location. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The bedroom is upstairs so people with ambulation difficulties may have trouble. We certainly would stay here again.

Hands down the best stay we’ve had during all of our travels!Beautiful, modern, super clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Great ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location is amazing, just steps to the waterfront path into downtown Nanaimo.Morning coffee watching birds, boats and seaplanes was a highlight! Host was great and very responsive too.”

It’s close to the yacht club, a city park and a pleasant hiking path along the water front. The unit is adjacent to the owner’s dwelling who visited us when we checked in to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable. There is an apartment between the balcony and the water but the ocean can be seen on either side of the apt. Street parking was good. It is quiet and the kitchen is well equipped. Good location for accessing anywhere in Nanaimo and close to Departure Bay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

If you want to be able to walk to downtown and along the seawall, this is a great place. Catching a Harbour Air flight to Vancouver is a 15 minute walk along the water.This is a solidly built house with a well equipped kitchen, so cooking is easy. It is on a busy street, but the living areas are at the back so the traffic noise is minimized. Bring your own shower toiletries because none are provided. There are lots of towels on hand, however. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our our one week stay.

Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. One (condo) building away from the harbour. Easy street parking. Wonderful for walking along the harbour promenade and to Maffeo Sutton Park. Good view from bedroom window.

This property is a class act. Attention to detail is exemplary. Very clean, well appointed and a good location. The hostess always responded immediately and respected our privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here.

Had an amazing stay

Place was great! I loved the kitchen, it had tons of cooking options (pots, pans, slow cooker, etc.) and the place was so clean. It is in a great location to stores and the street is not very busy. We enjoyed sitting out back on the patio every night where you get a bit of a view of the water. Host was great, friendly, and quick to respond. Really glad we chose this place to stay for the week :)

Exceeded all expectations.

Super clean and comfortable house. Very spacious and great patios for sitting. The on street parking worked well and the area is quiet and safe. Brittany welcomed us personally and answered any questions and was available via email within an hour. It was a pleasure to be able to rent such a wonderful house for our trip to the island. The location is perfect for exploring north and south. SW

Perfect location, great space, kind host

We really enjoyed our stay at Brittany's place! She lives right next door and introduced herself to make sure we were settled and comfortable, was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The place is clean and spacious, and very private. We never needed to drive anywhere downtown, the sea walk path is one block down the road from the house and made it easy to walk to town for food and coffee whenever. Loved the big soaker bathtub and the large kitchen! Thanks Brittany!

Well kept & communicative

Its hard to find properties that are both well kept and the owner/manager actually communicates. Brittany responds pretty much right away and keeps a veey tidy gome at a modest cost. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect home away from home

This home is very clean and offers everything you need in the kitchen. The bed upstairs is comfortable. Very relaxing soaker tub and beautiful shower. The location was good for quick access to the hwy to get us off on all of our beach and hiking adventures. We even hosted our local family members for lunch. Overall it was perfect. Brittany was very responsive and had everything ready for easy access. Thank you Brittany!

Great location, fantastic host, everything as advertised

Everything was exactly as it is listed, and as others have commented. The house was very clean, well appointed with everything you would need, and well located just a block from the water, with easy walking/bike access to downtown Nanaimo via the waterfront trail. Most importantly, Brittany (host) was a very timely, clear and responsive with her communications, and just very easy to chat with overall. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you, Brittany!

Spacious, well equipped, great location, outstanding host

The unit exceeded our expectations. Well equipped kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space. My wife cooked each night we were there. Lot of space overall. Full size washer and dryer. Large walk-in shower plus soaking tub. Lots of counter space in full bath. Also a separate half bath. Bedroom on 2nd floor so if stairs are an issue this isn't for you. However, Bedroom is good size. Lot of closet space and drawer space. Comfortable bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. We had no need to use so can't comment on comfort. Enjoyed the back deck with view of water and nice fresh air flow. Location is easy to get to from Departure Bay where ferry comes in and is close to downtown. Also easy access to Highway 19 and 19A. Parking on street in front. Best part is the host. Responsive, accessible, friendly and caring about guests. Answered our questions no matter how silly they might have been promptly. Highly recommend. Hope you enjoy staying there as much as we did.

Property very clean and well located. Very close to seawall walk, marina and large park with kids' playground. Well equipped with 1.5 baths, air conditioning- essential in August- a great kitchen, good linens and an excellent bed. Partial views of marina and open water. Location location location

Amazing VRBO to call home for 3 nights. The space is just as you see in the pics. Great to have the bedroom on second floor with double closets and an ensuite bathroom as well. Location was prime! We were able to access Nanaimo by foot in less then 15 min. Just a short and lovely walk along the seawall to get just about anywhere downtown for groceries, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! Approachable Owner

Location. Location. Location. For our stay in Nanaimo this property was perfect-close to Harbour Air, ferry terminals, services & shopping, and the harbourside walkway from the Yacht Club Marina to the downtown park and playground area.
