Welcome to Dock Holiday, a unique floating home on Lake Cumberland! This dock-attached stay lets you bring your boat and tie up at the house - no ‘shuttling’ or slip rental needed! Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living room, king master suite, two queen bedrooms and a low ceiling loft with four queen beds – perfect for kids! Enjoy the sunsets on the private patio with a hot tub, grill and fire table or stay inside playing games, watching TV or surfing the web. We also have 2 paddle boards and a water hammock for you to enjoy fun on the water. Come make memories at Dock Holiday!



The Space:

You will receive a code to a lockbox that is on the property. The address will take you to a huge parking lot followed by a gate with on site security after hours to ensure safety and security of our Floathouzz Community. There is a communal bath house if needed along with extra bathrooms and plenty of parking along with boat trailer parking. You can even launch your boat at the dock and park in front of your Floathouzz!



Life jackets are available as well.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.
