“Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!”

“The room was clean enough, the air conditioning was awful, it was hot in the room. The water was ice cold, the water heaters were not working, so a cold shower was all you got. I have stayed there 4 times in the last year & the pool is closed for maintenance every time. I will not stay there again.”

“We stayed here as a one night stay, planned it site unseen and last minute. Upon walking in the building there was a strong smoke and mildew smell. The staff were very kind and by far the best part of the stay. The breakfast was small but enough to enjoy. We did find a roach in our room, blood stains on a couple of our towels, and the smoke detector covered up.”
