“Hotel is located close to everything and was very clean. I would stay there again. Two things that could be better- shower water temperature only gets to luke warm, not hot. False fire alarm at 5:45 am was not pleasant.”

“This hotel had everything we expected. It was easy to find, easy to get into town and located in a safe area. However, it was a bit dark to find the parking lot, some extra light would be appreciated. The room was very clean and we slept well. Breakfast was as any other average complementary breakfast in the US. They served coffee and tea for free 24/7 in the lobby. The pool area was good and adults could sit in the bubble pool while the kids played in the other pool. A good hotel for families.”

“Loved this resort with it’s perfect location. Located in the city with bars and restaurants just around the corner and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very service minded! ”

“Warning! We were in a room with carpet and it was not clean. Internet connection was under all criticism, maybe been okay 1984. The staff were positive and helpful. We stayed in the hotel for 14 days.”

“Lovely stay at the Ritz. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was just great, especially Jose by the pool and Bruce in the vale counter. Great room and in room breakfast. We also had a great day at the beach club. Highly recommend! The only negative thing was that we were not that impressed by the food from restaurant Ridleys.”
