Ocean and AMAZING sunset views

This top floor ocean view retreat townhome has 2 bedrooms. 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom-It will comfortably sleep 6 adults + small children. There is smart TV's in each of the bedrooms. Please note there is no TV in the main living room- we encourage you to relax, unwind and enjoy the library full of books/games and the beautiful ocean views! There is a beautiful fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. 2 full bathrooms. while the main bathroom has a stand up shower with seat. The other master bedroom bathroom has a stand up shower and toilet with a beautiful white barn style sliding door which has the jetted tub beside a cozy gas fireplace. Then into the master bedroom with open concept.

There are 2 sliding glass patio doors onto 2 separate balconies. One patio door is off the main bedroom and leads to the balcony overlooking the grand ocean views. There is 2 parking stalls designated for this unit. Both located directly out-front of the unit. Additional parking is available.

Beautiful evening sunsets and walk on ocean front beaches; The Club fee pays for the use of: Pacific Shores has an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hot tub, kid's pool, GYM, 2 gas fire pits and a communal outdoor deck area. children's playground, Paddle board/ kayaks available in the summer months, Volleyball, bocce ball and pickle ball courts. There are 15 beautiful acres of gardens and trails along Craig Bay. You will find beach access, walking trails and multiple communal BBQ and seating areas around the property offering spectacular Ocean views! The SPA and RESTAURANT is open all year round. There are endless things to do! Parksville is 7 km away and Nanaimo is 32 km away.

Beautiful unit in a beautiful setting.

The unit is beautiful and extremely large. Would be perfect for two couples or a couple and children. Lovely deck to watch the tide come in. Restaurant on site quite good. Near to grocery. Great to leave Victoria and see the island outside the city.

Superb stay!

Everything about the place was pristine, making it feel fresh and inviting from the moment we walked in. The condo itself was incredibly cozy and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was a chefs dream. This spot is perfect for families, as there’s so much to do in and around Nanoose Bay. There are lots of amenities at the compound too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly vacation spot. The combination of pristine conditions, cozy ambiance, and ample activities was amazing. Our three kids loved every second.

Great family getaway

This was our 10th year at Pacific Shores and second summer in this unit. The location is quite scenic and quiet. The suite has absolutely everything we needed and was nicely renovated. The facilities and grounds are well kept. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and the kayaks. We had a great time and Dahlia made sure everything was looked after. We look forward to returning

We didn’t wan to leave. The chair infront of the ocean view window was the perfect spot to drink wine and read a book. The property was fantastic! The hikes nearby amazing. The bed was so comfy and cozy after a long day playing in nature!

Ladies Weekend Retreat

Relaxing weekend for our 'moms' getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Kitchen had all the pots & pans you needed. Lacking a few consumables such as shampoos/conditioner, oils, coffee/tea supplies etc, but we managed. Will definitely be back to enjoy in warmer weather. Thank you!
