“A bit remote at the end of the tram line. Check in is done digital, no staff on site. Nice clean rooms. + Cosy rooms with most stuff you need - Heavy cargo trains during nights right outside window, did not bother me though - But worst is that hotel can be extremely difficult to contact. No email at Hotels, no email at hotel site and "Help" call at reception does not work. We could not arrange to prolong our stay by merging two bookings since we did not reach them. There is a telephone number...
