“Property is very dated. Pillows are completely flat. Shower and sink handle turned completely in a circle making it hard to turn water off. Drawers were broken and missing from the dresser. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Assuming the people who live in the room beside smoke inside. The room beside also played loud music all hours of night and morning making it hard to sleep. They also had a barking dog. We paid for a poolside room and were placed in the back of the building. The smoke...

“Customer service is great and the front desk staffs the kitchen staff was well professional even with a lot of people during my stay and was demanding she was there the hotel is clean and well maintained I enjoyed my stay”

“Phone in room did not work throughout stay. Fridge and microwave were not working when arrived. Front desk had someone promptly come fix it. Moved the nightstand to attempt to fix the phone and there were empty chip bags. Room had a faint mildew smell to it.”

“We arrived after 5 pm on our arrival date and the room wasn't ready. We stood in the hallway for approximately a half hour while they got the room ready and it seemed like a rush job.”

“The staff were friendly. Continental bkfast was good, fresh and plenty. The carpet in the room was filthy and very old. Bathroom wasnt clean, no soap and no exhaust fan.The ac filter was filthy, furniture very old and paint chipping every where, very old curtain which has holes in it.”

“Pros: Cute hotel. Close to the beach/boardwalk. Very convenient. Staff were friendly. Cons: walls are paper thin, ants everywhere in the rooms. Even if you keep everything sealed and cleaned. Pool was a little dirty as well.”

“Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside.”
