Such a lovely stay!
Our family girl’s week was the best! This is such a great location with lots of sleeping/living space. If you’re lucky you’ll catch the two resident bunnies running around the lawn. My dog had a BLAST seeking them out.

Our Stay on Nantucket
Our son’s wedding was on Nantucket and we feel so lucky that we were able to find this property to accommodate our family’s stay. This house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing. We found the house to be exactly as listed with many amenities! The house was very clean and stocked with many items that you need to start your stay. The house is within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants in a very beautiful and quiet area. We were also able to easily walk to beautiful Steps Beach, which is lovely. Our host was easy to communicate with and always replied in a timely manner. I did not have the occasion to talk to him once we arrived because everything was perfect. Your family will love staying in this beautiful home.

Second amazing stay at this fabulous house!
Joseph is an amazing host and we had the best time here again. The houses are perfect and the location is great - we walked to/from town even the days it was sprinkling a little. (Spotted the backgammon board this visit - everyone loved playing!) TVs in several rooms but we didn't even turn them on once. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Nantucket Rental!
This house is great for a larger group. The owner, Joseph, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is amazing and has parking. The house has everything you need! We are so lucky we found this rental and that it had the availability we needed. Would absolutely rent again!

Christmas Stroll weekend

Could not have asked for a better place to stay!
Where to start? This charming house was a dream come true! Spotless, cheerful, and so accommodating. All the luxuries of home, and thank goodness, close to the hustle and bustle of downtown . Our vehicle broke down our 2nd day on the island , which of course put us into a tailspin, but our host was quick with recommendations , even having his personal handy man come out several days to try and repair it! Mr. Motta is a true gentleman who went out of his way to help with our problem and was a source of calm for this southern girl away from home!! Due to the house being so conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants we did not miss out on any excursions while we waited for our repairs to be done. And when not out exploring, the home was just that.. a warm and cozy home that we spent hours at the big kitchen table sharing our days adventures and sipping cocktails! Truly heaven and would recommend this home and guest cottage on Cliff road to everyone! Thank you again Joseph for all your help!!!

Hosting the Cox Family was a pleasure as they were most respectful of our Family home…Also, their attitude was one where a host felt gratitude coming from guests for any host actions …one can easily feel this Family was quality and would be our pleasure to Host again in future ….

Absolutely wonderful house and host!
Great space and layout - stayed with my teenage daughter, plus my dear friend and her two teenage daughters plus a friend. We didn't grill out or cook at the house but it was a nice big kitchen if you'd like to stay in for meals. Deck was great for sun and the sunroom was perfect for relaxing and reading books. The location is just awesome with a half mile walk into town but also it is on the Jetties shuttle route. Overall 10/10 and the host could not have been nicer. Looking forward to next year!

Great vacation!
Beautiful home in a perfect location. Walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. The owner is very responsive. Very spacious house for our group of 7 friends :) we had a great time

This property is a unique blend of historical charm with all the modern day conveniences. The owner is very charming himself, and accommodated all our needs. He and his property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely wish to stay here again!

Great house in great location
The house was perfect for a family of 4 and a dog. Very comfortable and well stocked. The location was ideal, being an easy walk into town and close to the multiple bike paths. Joesph was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I just completed a stay at Joseph's house. Everything about the stay was excellent. Joseph was extremely responsive and was able accommodate a few important requests we had. There was a total of 7 of us. My wife and two children (ages 6 and 3) my parents and younger brother. The two separate houses were great for allowing us to break up where we all slept. The house is in my opinion located on the best part of Nantucket. It was in between town and Jetties beach, a short walk to both. Jetties beach is awesome for kids as there is sandbar which goes out hundreds of feet. The houses had everything you would need as well as two outdoor showers. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and separate guest cottage. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown.
Have now rented several summers in a row, and plan on doing so again in the future. Excellent Cliff Road location with an easy walk to downtown. House and guest cottage both well maintained, clean and comfortable. Landlord is a true Gentlemen.

Excellent property; great location.
We have rented for the past two summers, and hope to do so again next summer. Beautiful home; great location. Convenient to "down town"; walking distance. East access to roads leading to main beaches.
