Hi Many thanks for choosing us- the kitchen is not a service included in your reservation, so you shouldn't see it. We did you the favour to prepare some snacks or salade- you have chosen to stay in the old town where there are the most important moments, so the buildings are old (they are UNESCO heritage buildings) You had to choose the new quarter of the city.- the extra clean costs 20euros (it's written on the rules). We made it for free, and instead to say thank you for this you complain it- the elevator is not a part of the apartment, but of the building. We gave you (as favour) 2 coins of 20 cents, despite this you are not grateful.To complain something the elevator paying is not honest because is not part of the apartment, it's like to complain that the metro is too expensive

Muchas Gracias Ana. we are sorry if we don't speak spanish our breakfast is with milk, tea, barley, cocoa, fruit juice, biscuits, rusks, loaves of bread, Nutella, eggs, butter, yogurt, cereals, fruit, sweets and Neapolitan coffee that can be prepared in a traditional coffee maker. Homemade fruit jams give a touch of authenticity as well as other local products. Items are always available at the buffet and not served, so you have no restrictions on your time and it gives you the pleasure of enjoying a cup of tea, a coffee or a fruit juice in the afternoon, or a herbal tea in the evening. We wish you all the best and a beautiful life.

Hi Susan, first thank you for choosing us We want to answer you at your questions You booked a standard room. The room occupied from the other guest that you saw in the apartment is the DELUXE ROOM, and it's more expansive, It's 4 times the standard room. About the bathroom it doesn't have the windows like usually the bathroom are, and the mirror it's fixed in the position as the standard european. Maybe in Chine it's different because the standards depend of the people which have to live in. We are architect, we know the rule constructions.
