Buona acccoglienza, camera in linea con quanto avevo richiesto, personale gentile e disponibile nell'assecondare le mie necessità. Unica pecca (di cui la stuttura no ha alcuna responsabilità): si trova al quinto piano e qualche scriteriato nello stesso piano dimentica sistematicamente di chiudere le porte dell'ascensore, impedendone l'utilizzo, ignorando i numerosi cartelli che ricordano in italiano e in inglese di chiudere le porte!

Struttura esterna fatiscente ma all interno l ambiente è curato e confortevole. Tutto lo staff è a piena disposizione colazione ottima ed abbondante. La posizione strategica vicino la stazione consente di arrivare comodamente dove vuoi con metro o treno. Lo consiglio tantissimo.

Struttura molto comoda per chi viaggia a Napoli Centrale. Camere pulite con arredamento extra minimal. Bagno pulito con sanitari e vano doccia mediocri. Ricezione notturna affidata alla comunicazione telefonica con un signore gentilissimo. Colazione non fatta perché disponibile dalle ore 8:00 previa compilazione di un modulo in cui barrare quello che si ha intenzione di consumare.

Es mejor invertir un poco más y elegir otro hotel
Se trata de un piso que lo han convertido en habitaciones. 5 planta con un ascensor que la mayor parte de tiempo no se podía utilizar .habitación que aunque solo se utilizara para dormir resultaba incomodo( baño minúsculo , luces de la habitación de oficina , colchones duros y sábanas egipcias … creo que son más de Asia . Es mejor invertir un poco más y elegir otro hotel

Don’t stay if you don’t speak Italian
We in the end didn’t stay here and were forced to book another place. Before arriving I was calling ask if we can check in at 9pm, and the host said yes. Only when we arrived we realised that no one at reception after 8pm. Although we immediately called the number, the man who picked up the phone couldn’t help at all. He later agreed to refund with written confirmation via WhatsApp. Now the accommodation refused to release the refund even with Hotels.com intervening. There are plenty of accommodation which accepting checking after 8pm. Don’t risk staying here…

Spacial Room
The room is spacial, although the building is old but facilities are quite ok. Location is good, very nearby the Central Station, and convenient to go to bus station. The receptionists are very helpful, we leave hotel at 08:30 and keep our luggage till 17:00. Breakfast is simple but reasonable, you made your choice one night before, and they will sent to your room next morning not before 08:00.The pity is the drain system is old, the water flow very slow after you took shower and almost flooded.

Travelling as a family with a child, we booked this as a stop gap for convenience as we had to get a train to Rome early the next day. Arrived late due to delay, and found hotel reception closed at 8pm, read the small print. Reception only open set times. Tried to call the number, man on other end pretended not to understand me, then when I called back wouldn't answer phone. Had to pay 180 Euros to go to the Holiday Inn at 10pm that night, thank god, otherwise would have had to sleep on the street with a child and an angry wife.. Do not book this hotel, read small print, make sure your flight is delayed

It was located near the train station and good restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was brought to my room. A simple, clean room with all the essentials that was quiet. And it was an incredible bargain. If you want fancy, don't come here. If you like value and friendly service, it's great.

The first night we stayed it was quite noisy through the walls and late check ins. It is close to train station but we found the general area to be quite rough. The accom was comfortable and kept in good condition and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Located up 5 flights of steep stairs. Eleavator is there, but was quite old and scary so didnt use this. You have to pay to use it going down also.

I liked the room and the hotel manager, Gino, who was always very helpful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast good and the location is very convenient for someone who needs to travel around Naples by train or bus (you cannot get lost). In conclusion, the hotel has a very good quality/price ratio.

O quarto é bem legal, apesar de ter um degrau no banheiro... O elevador é bem velho, bem pequeno, ainda tem que pagar 20 centavos para descer nele. Tem um degrau grande na entrada, o que dificulta a entrada de cadeirantes. Fica bem perto da estação de trem e do comércio, mas o lugar não é dos mais bonitos. De qualquer forma, recomendo!

Excellent location and nice staff
The room is a bit small, but the location is excellent, very near to the metro. The room is clean and staff is very helpful. There is a public car park just beside the hotel.

It was a good clean modern inexpensive place. However, there are 2 problems with the service: 1)the receptionists do not speak english 2)the receptionists are not there 24 hours (but you can check out any time). I just didn’t get breakfast even though it was included because i left early.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B nella piazza di fronte alla stazione e siamo rimaste piuttosto soddisfatte. La posizione è ottimale, a pochi passi dalla stazione, risulta molto comodo qualora si prenda il treno al mattino o qualora non si avesse a disposizione molto tempo a Napoli e si volessero ottimizzare i tempi di spostamento. L'accoglienza ed il personale sono stati molto calorosi facendoci sentire subito accolte. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, si trova al quinto piano di un bel palazzo vecchio stile, l'ascensore risulta un po' sgangherato, molto vecchio e malmesso, l'unico viaggio al suo interno è stato tutt'altro che rassicurante, oltretutto è gratis solo per salire e va pagato per scendere, necessiterebbe decisamente di essere rimodernato. Il B&B vero e proprio invece ha un design moderno ed elegante, le camere sono molto accoglienti e graziose, unica pecca il bagno piuttosto scomodo con servizi igienici non all'altezza e la doccia con necessità di manutenzione (una doccia quasi gelida e con acqua a filo non è stata la migliore delle esperienze), essendo stato un breve soggiorno in estate è stato sopportabile ma in un altra stagione... Un altro appunto da fare è ai servizi del B&B, non abbiamo avuto modo di farlo notare al check out, ma le macchinette di bevande nel corridoio risultano malfunzionanti. La colazione è stata servita in camera all'orario da noi prescelto ed è stata apprezzata. Nel complesso lo consiglierei, comunque ci siamo trovate bene.

Ottimo e comodo
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti,siamo arrivati alle 23 e il signor Gino gentilmente ci ha aspettato, il b&b Napoli binario 1 si trova proprio a due passi dalla stazione centrale ed è situato in un palazzo antico dove vi sono vari b&b, comunque pulito con colazione in camera e a disposizione un bollitore per fare un thè o camomilla. Ascensore un po datato,diciamo da restaurare comunque funzionante. La zona è molto comoda anche per la metro e la circovesuviana che si trovano adiacente alla stazione. Consigliato.

Instalação péssimas, não condizem com a realidade.
Chegamos ao Napoli Binario1 às 9h30 da manhã. Nossa estadia iniciava às 12h. A atendente nos recebeu e permitiu que deixássemos as bolsas no quarto e nos forneceu o WI-FI. Este "B&B" situa-se dentro de um antigo prédio com outros tantos "B&B" - o que descobrimos mais tarde. Saímos para Pompéia - eu e um amigo portador de mobilidade reduzida. Voltamos às 19h 30 - ainda em horário de fazer o check-in. Deparamos então com o grande portão da entrada do prédio fechado. Havia uma porta menor no portão, entretanto, intransponível para um cadeirante. Com dificuldades adentramos ao pátio do prédio. Ao chegar ao elevador, o mesmo não funcionava e o B&B Napoli Binario1 fica no 5º andar. Impossível para um cadeirante acessar este pavimento através de escadas. Ficamos em um impasse pois já eram 22h e o WI-FI informado não funcionava, o elevador igualmente. Não era possível chegar ao quarto. Não havia ninguém para auxiliar, ligamos via interfone, via telefone: nada! Suporte qualquer, descaso geral. Assim, pagamos mas passamos essa noite na rua pois a estrutura deste B&B é precária. O quarto informa-se acessível mas o prédio é bem antigo e mal conservado. O elevador é antigo e apavorador. Por pouco não usamos pela manhã, pois cadeira de rodas quase não entra no elevador. Outra surpresa: para descer no mesmo elevador há que pagar! À noite o mesmo não funcionou e tivemos que ficar ao relento. A atmosfera do local é ruim e perigosa. Não recomendo. Informações não condizem com a realidade.

certamente seu comentário é nada mais do que sincero, vou relatar tudo para hotel.com, mas certamente seu conhecimento não faz texto na frente de todos os comentários positivos que tenho, para um conhecido se você tiver dificuldade, apesar de e eu lamento que você é uma pessoa com deficiência , antes de reservar. e desde que você tenha dificuldade apurada levantar e andar, ok eu desejo a você uma vida melhor sem malícia !!!!

Zeer centraal gelegen schoon, goedkoop hotel
Prima hotel qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vlakbij historisch centrum, centraal station en shuttle (Alibus €5) naar airport. Indien laatste persoon ingecheckt onbemand hotel, dus met sleutel de stad in. Ontbijt eenvoudig, typisch Italiaans. Aanmaakkoffie/thee op kamer. Overdag hoor je vliegverkeer, maar ‘s nachts helemaal rustig. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

Suite à une hospitalisation nous n'avons pa pu prendre l'avion, l'hôtel nous à rien rembourser. On a payer 10 jours pour rien. Et quand on dit qu'on viendrai 2 jours après la date prévu, on nous dit non votre chambre est attribuée déjà.... pourtant on à payer une assurance expedia c'est inutile !!!!! Très en colère !
