Fresh and therapeutic and a nice piece of comfort

This has been the nicest apartment VRBO that I’ve stayed in thus far and I travel a lot. It’s very clean and comfortable with a modern nautical decor design. It’s close enough to all the local shops and restaurants (1 block away) but also not close to the point where you hear everything from the night life.

Sun and fun

This was great property conveniently located to the best restaurants on 5th avenue and a short 4 minute bike ride to the beach. The unit was spacious and clean. The location is perfectly located to tennis courts and bike trails. We liked it so much that we have already booked again for next year.

The place was great for what we needed. Close to most everything! Just a few housekeeping issues.The duvet cover and throw blanket all needed to be washed (which I did). One pillow in closet had bodily fluid stains on it which was gross! You should list that you have beach chairs etc on the listing. We didn’t see them in a closet until after we purchased two chairs. Which we returned. Not sure if the yellow pods by the kitchen sink where for dishes or for laundry. There were also finish tabs for dishwasher so wasn’t sure what the yellow ones where for. Purchased our own laundry pods.Bathroom sink- faucet water not very strong stream. That sink has a bad clog as well. Shower was great just an fyi Women would appreciate a hand held shower head as well. Thank you and we would recommend it to others if the are not looking for any amenities. Just a nice place to rest your head.

Very nice. Photos show an accurate representation of the property.

Excellent location, immaculately clean, all appliances in working order, adequate kitchen utensils and basic appliances and necessities, plenty of pillows and bedding. Looks the same as in the photos in the website. The only reason to rate it a 4 and not a 5 is the lack of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Also, it needs a light above the dining table and in the closet.
