Beautiful Pool View Condo

Our condo is fully equipped for a weekly vacation or a long stay with all the conveniences and comfort of back home - including new beds, linens, furnishings, and appliances.
We are only a 15-minute drive from Naples and the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. After a relaxing day of sunbathing on the beach, take a stroll on 5th Avenue in Naples and visit the amazing art galleries and enjoy the different shops and fine dining. The condominium complex is also within walking distance to a shopping center where you can find a supermarket and various shops and restaurants to satisfy any taste.
This 2nd floor condo features high ceilings and a lanai that overlooks the pool and picnic areas. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall and a relaxing hot tub. The building is also equipped with an elevator, so no climbing stairs required!
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a desk in case if you need to catch up on some work. There is also a large closet and luxurious bathroom with a Jack and Jill sink. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed. The well-appointed second bathroom features a bathtub, hairdryer, and a washer and dryer.
The living room has a TV with basic Cable and Amazon Fire Stick and complementary Netflix. Free Wifi also included.
You will find everything that you need to cook a meal, including spices, oil, etc. We provide cookware, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils.
4 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach umbrella are conveniently provided for your beach going adventures.
This is a Non-Smoking and a No Pet Condo. Smokers are welcome to step outside into a Tiki picnic area.

7 nights minimum stay. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10 am.
If the Pool Key is lost during your visit, you will be charged a fifty ($50) dollar replacement fee. Cleaning fee - $150

Lovely Condo

I have stayed at Anna's condo before and just came back from a wonderful trip to all of the SW FL beaches. Everything is exactly as described and all the photos are accurate. The location is very convenient to 41 and close to restaurants, grocery and only 15 minutes from Marco Island. The condo was well stocked with everything you may need. Although we did not use the pool, her condo overlooks it and was nice to sit on the lanai at night and hear the waterfall that's in the pool.

Beautiful property and quiet location

The condo property is very pretty and even though it's in a busy location, it is very quiet because it sits back off of 41. Marco Island is super close by. There are many stores and restaurants very close by and downtown Naples is about 8 miles north.

Paradise Perfection

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, beautiful condo. Even better than the pictures. It was spacious for our 4 member family. This is in a beautiful complex in Lely resort, between Marco Island and Naples. Very safe, family-friendly. 3 minutes drive to Publix, Starbucks, etc.. We couldn't have asked for more. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Hosts thought of every little detail to make this comfortable from beach chairs, toys and umbrella to complimentary soaps and coffee bar items. The pool area is to die for. Big enough for kids to spread out and have fun without bothering others at the pool. I would highly recommend staying here. If you are looking for beach days I recommend accessing the Marco Island beaches (less crowded, bigger, and easier to get to than Naples, though Naples beaches are also beautiful). LOVED our stay!

Just perfect

This was our first Spring Break experience in Naples/Marco Island. We normally visit in July. I was lucky enough to find this beautiful condo. It was just perfect for us! Very clean, perfectly located, stocked with all you need. The pool is large and relaxing. Hot tub too! Anna and Gene are very kind and respond promptly! I can’t wait to visit again!!
