The property is excellent in all aspect of its quality in service and cleanliness, plus it is literally in piazza San Giovani and central train station which is convenient for travelers and tourists who likes to be in the city. The station for the hop on hop of buses is just a few minutes walk too. But the only draw back are the people that hang around the train station all day and almost half the night. By day there are police officers patrolling the surrounding streets so it is quite safe.

ホテル周辺は治安があまり良くなさそうなイメージであったが、ホテルはビル内に入る時に厳重な鍵があり、ホテルの入り口の扉にも厳重な鍵があるので、セキュリティ面で安全でした。 スタッフの方は全員とても親切で、重いスーツケースも運んでくださいました。常時フロントに人がいませんが、電話したらすぐに対応してくださ るので安心です。部屋はとても広くて、清潔感がありました。アメニティもすごく充実しています。

Fantastischer Service und tolle Lage. Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Zimmer sind nicht gut schallisoliert zum Flur, und auch von draussen hört man vor allem die fliegenden Händler von Bahnhof, aber es war meist relativ ruhig in der Nacht.

나폴리 중앙역에 붙어있어 어딜가도 너무 편안합니다. 단지 호텔 앞 주변이 조금 번잡스럽고 위험해보일 수 있지만 한번이 그렇지 적응되면 괜찮더라구요. 우선 시끄러울 수 있는데 밤이 늦어지면 바로 조용해집니다. 수건도 넉넉하게 주시고 모기 한마리 없이 쾌적하게 넷플릭스도 즐기며 2박 3일 너무 편안하게 보냈어요. 피자집 진짜 가깝습니다. ㅋㅋ 걸어서 테이크 아웃해서 호텔에서 잘 먹었어요 ㅋㅋ

Wonderful stay.
The hotel was excellent. We did have a small issue with our air conditioning on our first night of 3. We got it working good enough but there was a service tech the next morning and fixed it 100%. The manager really stepped up and addressed it asap. The rooms are nice and modern. The square is a bit scary with homeless and people just hanging around. We never did feel in danger but it is unsightly. We were just a few steps away from the train station and that is why we booked. The homeless is the only reason I wouldn’t give 10/10.

I absolutely loved the property. The rooms were spacious and clean and they let me check in very early. It’s centrally located to do just about everything you would want to do in and around Naples. It is located near the train station and 2 metro lines which, on the plus side, makes transportation easy; but on the minus side, the train station tends to attract a lot of vagrants. Nevertheless, I would wholly recommend this property.

Great little hotel, very well located for Napoli Centrale for trains and Napoli Metropark for buses. I was staying just one night in Naples and I couldn't have been happier with the location, service, or the room. Some reviewers have stated the area around the hotel as not the best, I understand their point but to me it was no different to any other Italian or indeed, European, city so don't let that turn you off, particularly for a short stay. Armando is a super friendly person, would happily return.

Pleasantly surprised of the quality of this tiny hotel. Right across the street from Napoli Centrale, and minutes walk to restaurants on the other side of Plaza Garibaldi. The room was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities and toiletries needed. Armando was a pleasure to deal with, and provided all the information via WhatsApp. Strongly recommend it.

For the price and one night stay, it was very average, the boss(staff) was a good dude, respectful, but the two things that bothered me the most was 1. The shower door barely closes shut so the water goes over the flood and on top of that, its only like 5 minutes of warm water very low pressure, and then the ice cold water comes, that bothered me so much, and 2. is the fact that the neighborhood is horrible, I did not like it.

Een geweldige kamer met alle basisbehoeften. De beheerder is erg aardig en helpt je graag. Zeker om aan te bevelen en zou er zo weer een aantal dagen willen verblijven. Ook komt de schoonmaakster elke dag langs rond een uur of 10 waar jezelf voor kiezen kan om het schoon te laten maken je kamer of liever niet. De omgeving is niet bepaald “wauw”. Wij hebben toch ervoor gekozen om in dit gebied te verblijven omdat we dicht bij het trein station wilden zitten en we met de metro overal konden komen. Het gebied zelf is erg anders dan anders, heel veel zwervers en zakkenrollers waar je echt om moet denken. Maar om dit te vermeiden pak je de metro of trein naar pompei of het centrum langs het water in Napels. Echt een dikke aanrader😁

The accomodations were nice and conveniently located across the street from the train station. It is a very busy locatiion. Unfortunately there are active pick pockets. My wife was tripped, fell to the pavement and the "good samaritans" helped her up while helping themselves to her wallet, credit cards etc.

Ok … This was a HUGE PLEASANT surprise. After Ho Hum hotels in Croatia this place was 5*😀. Super slick Italian with lovely decor amenities and comfort. Very soothing and QUIET given the location a stones throw from train station! A few sketchy characters around the front door but we had no issues - even going out at night to eat nearby….it’s crazy Naples at it’s scary best!!!

Property was well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful. Armando was great. The area outside the hotel was full of homeless and we were repeatedly told to watch out for pickpockets and muggers.
