This is an updated first floor coastal condo in Lely Resort. Home to 2 public championship challenging golf courses. This condo is within 15 minutes to Marco Islands beautiful white sandy beaches and in the other direction to the famous 5th Avenue's restaurants and shops. The world renowned beaches of Naples are a short drive away.

Our super clean and inviting condo was just updated with all the amenities that you would need in your home away from home. The condo has a comfy breakfast nook as well as a high top bar counter for easy entertaining. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots and pans. A brand new Keurig coffee maker will help kick start your morning. Relax inside or outside on the lanai overlooking the relaxing views of the water fountain.

The master bedroom has new luxurious king bedding and pillows. The master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower with dual vanities.
The 2nd bedrooms has two twin beds with new bedding and an attached en suite with large shower.
The living room has a new 65 inch smart tv with cable, a full/queen size sleep sofa and new coastal furnishings.
The den is a great reading room or at home work space, complete with a desk and full size sleep sofa.
The condo is located close by the resort style amenities--heated pool with lap lanes, hot tub spa, two tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce, and shuffleboard. Also a fitness room and club house. There are miles and miles of running, biking or walking paths throughout Lely Resort.
We are located just steps away from the famous Sam Sneads Tavern Restaurant. Enjoy a night out and enjoy a meal with family and friends without having to drive! There are plenty of big screen tv's to watch any sporting event. And the food is really good!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and more to enjoy ourselves and truly felt like a "home away from home". We especially loved the comfortable beds and view from the lanai. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Great stay at n Lely!

Very nice condo and was exceptionally clean! 2 new bikes went with the condo! We love Greenlinks for the great pool, shuffleboard, and location to the Pickleball courts at the Community Center! Owner provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, and more! Great place to stay.

Fountain view Lely

This was a wonderful condo, very comfortable, nice view off lanai, clean, and SO well stocked! Tina was very quick with responses and provided almost everything imaginable. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again if traveling to Naples area.

Excellent Stay!!

My family and I stayed over the Christmas Holiday! Host was a great communicator. We felt well informed of what the property and area had to offer. Having the pool, workout room, pickleball courts, shuffle board, bocce ball and bags was awesome and provided lots of great entertainment. Upon arrival - the place was well stocked with things like soap, garbage bags, coffee, etc. It was so nice to have so many of these things available! Awesome experience - would definitely stay again!!

Amazing Host and Property!

The property was perfect for our family! Great location, clean, plenty of amenities, and it was stocked up for great days at the beach. The owner, Tina, was amazing to work with and very responsive. We plan to stay there again next time we visit the Naples area.

Holiday Joy and Comfort

This property far exceeded our expectations. Our family of 4, all adults, truly enjoyed our time in this condo. It was beautifully furnished, with many great touches and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked, Since it was Christmastime, we didn't utilized all the beach chairs, towels, bags and bikes that were available to us. The condo was so clean and perfect for our family. We especially loved the patio view. Tina, thanks for being so wonderful to work with! We will definitely look to rent again the next time we are in Naples.
