Rooftop patio was excellent, 4 AM door man was excellent and got us a cab within minutes. Two gentleman at the front door when we arrived were excellent and helpful.

Lieber KundeWir bitten um eine Bewertung des Hotels und nicht der Stadt Neapel. Probleme in der Nähe der Bahnhöfe gibt es überall, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass das Hotel, in dem Sie übernachtet haben, bestraft werden muss

Extremily dangerous with police in front of the hotel when arrived the migration crisis is really alive in this, my car window was broken in front of the hotel and the front desk told me that was fine parking in front of the hotel

The hotel is excellent! Very clean and modern! Breakfast excellent! Friendly staff! The area is very dirty due to the proximity of the train station (Napole Centrale). It’s easy to get around everywhere.

An excellent 6 days in Napoli - hotel and staff were great . Very convenient for the train station, Metro, and walking into the historic area. Our room and bathroom were clean, we had breakfast on the roof top terrace (with small pool). On the ground floor is a comfortable loung area. We really enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.

It is close to the Napoli train station and walkable but the area is rough and dirty. I wasn't worried about being mugged but the staff gave strict instructions to leave our room keys at the front desk... to prevent guests from losing them is the reason they gave. The rooftop lounge was nice without a view and the rooms are well appointed. The breakfast on the rooftop was good as well. Having a bathtub in the bedroom and a large washroom was a new experience. The staff treated my partner and I worse than other guests. As far as I could tell this is because they don't like gays very much so please keep that in mind if you are gay.

Hidden gem in an otherwise nasty area
The hotel & staff are fantastic. The area the hotel is in is less than desirable, but close to the train station. Would not walk alone especially at night there. The only downside of our room was the shower was totally exposed (no privacy al all), fine for a couple, not so fine for friends traveling together.

Amazing property and room, very close to metro station. Felt very unsafe walking around although no issues. Staff were very friendly with a very nice breakfast with extended hours. Rooftop pool and bar is a nice feature although we never used them. Naples itself is not a very nice city. Very dirty and noisy.

Nice hotel but in a bad area.
The hotel is nice and very freshly renovated. Unfortunately it is not in a nice area of the city, so going out at night was always a little nerve racking. I would tend to say the hotel is on the bottom end of a 4 star - some things that I’d expect from 4 star were a little lacking. I.E. the cups by the sink were cheap disposable flimsy plastic. The tv had very few channels - none in English - and no easy way to connect your iPad for streaming from your own devices. There weren’t any towel rails beside the sink for the hand towels so there wasn’t any real place to put them. The safe was barely big enough to put your passports in and not big enough for iPads or wallets. Breakfast was generally good, but the eggs were always over cooked and the bread was awful. The service was generally great and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evening.

A new gem in Naples
Fabulous luxurious place right near Garibaldi train station. Beautiful pool and bar on the rooftop and attentive service. Breakfast was also wonderful with a large selection of items to choose from. As long as the price is right, I will return as a repeat guest.

This hotel is what you call a Diamond in the rough. It’s a 5-minute walk from Napoli Centrale train station. The neighbourhood is a little more chaotic than the inner part of the city nonetheless, the hotel is cute, updated and modern in it's own way. There is a great breakfast included that was delicious and had nice options. BUT the biggest downfall was that I found a cockroach in my room during the night. When I advised the front desk no one was phased they said it happens due to the hot weather and then went about to tell me that it’s normal to find these bugs due to the construction of the building … ANYWAYS none the less no compensation was offered nor a room change. Let this serve as a reminder not to leave your luggage open or on the floor and place a towel at the gap of your front to avoid any little intruders.

The hotel location is not that good its in a bad location, only mario at the reception was perfect and do everything so we can stay (i ordered double beds but i needed a twin instead) only mario helped me and make everything possible so i can stay
