Very good location with walking distance to everything you need. Room was clean and nice. Everything was good. The only criticism is the breakfast which was not much and not diverse. But the servers were too nice and helpful and they made your morning better. Special thanks to Mateo whom gave us a lot of help and was very nice.

Excellent service with staff who really cared about their customers. Had especially a great service in the breakfast service with staff who really treated us great. The hotel overall was very good, but the service was top of the line!

Bra läge i Neapel
Hotell i ett riktigt bra läge i Neapel. Bra storlek på rummet och hotellet är i helt ok skick. Nära till trevliga områden med både butiker och restauranger. Bra frukost som man kan intaga på hotellets terrass, matsalen ligger på översta våningen av hotellet.

Välskött hotell med bra läge.
Trevligt stort rum i klassisk stil. Utsikt över gården mindre roligt, men rummet var rent, snyggt och prydligt. Liten men bra frukost.

Bodde här i två nätter. Fördelen var närheten till gamla stan och hamnen. I övrigt inget märkvärdigt hotell. Frukosten var inget vidare.

Definitely recommendable!
Nice and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, a very decent breakfast. The hotel is perhaps not situated in the most classy area, but certainly not in the worst either. It's located in walking distance from the harbour, where the ferries to Capri is found. What more can a guest ask for? If it weren't for one incident when the maid opened the door, without knocking, while I was nude in the bed, this hotel would score absolute top.

Perfekt läge nära hamnen
Passade perfekt I samband med båtresa till Capri. Trevlig personal och trevligt frukostrum högst upp I hotellet. Skulle gärna haft en tjockare kudde eller en extrakudde. Hotellet samarbetar med en bemannad parkering I grannkvarteret som tar betalt men det fungerade mycket bra. Hotellet rekommenderas.

Personligt hotell med mycket vänlig personal
Detta mindre hotell ligger vid Via Medina, nära till det mesta. Båtarna för utflykter finns på några minuters gångavstånd. Affärsgatan Via Toledo finns på nära avstånd. Jämförelsevis är Via Medina en lugnare gata, och restauranger (gatuserveringar) finns på nära avstånd. Hotellet är rent och fräscht, personalen är utomordentligt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Tyvärr var rummet aningen "instängt"och kändes mörkt, eftersom fönstren vette mot en innergård. Om man nu tillbringar den mesta tiden utomhus, så har det ju förstås mindre betydelse. Vi stördes inte av ljud från gatan, vilket var skönt. Helhetsintrycket är ett bra hotell med bra läge, vettigt pris och mycket vänlig personal. Frukosten var bra, och jag kommer inte på något jag saknade där. Tyvärr drar allt klotter i Neapel och den hetsiga trafiken ner helhetsintrycket av omgivande kvarter och gator.

très bien situé. très bon séjour.
Hotel très bien situé, entre le centre historique, les quartiers Espagnols et le port. Station maritime 30 mn de l'aéroport avec Alibus ( 5€). Au métro Municipio. Petit Hôtel 27 chambres bon confort et bonne literie. Excellent accueil et personnel très serviable, souriant et efficace. de bons conseils. Peu de chambres sur la rue les autres sont sans vue avec fenêtres sur très petite cour avec cage d'ascenseur, mais très au calme. appréciable après effervescence de la ville. Petit déjeuner correct.

L'accueil était chaleureux .Le personnel parle l'italien ,l'anglais et un peu le français .l'hotel était calme ,pas d'animation. Son emplacement très pratique (Restaurants ,métro et bus au pied de l'hotel). on peut faire tout à pied. Internet était rapide par contre les prises d'électricité étaient plus larges que mes prises de connection . L'hotel a besoin de petite rénovation . Niveau propreté; le bouilloire n'était pas propre, sous le lit et dans l'armoire trop de poussière. Arrivés mercredi soir jusqu'au dimanche, l'aspirateur n'a pas était passé sur le sol. Nous remercions spécialement Monsieur CHANA à l'accueil qui était efficace ,souriant et discret. Dans l'ensemble ,c'est une bonne adresse.

Nice and helpful staff, great breakfast and prime area. Room and floored smelled like smoke for most of the stay despite no smoking signs and guests were loud until about 3am which made it difficult to sleep. I suggest having a security guard/ staff member supervising over night.

Check-in is smooth and professional. Desk clerk very helpful with directions and advice for the Napoli experience. Rome raves about Pizza Napoli - we were directed to the genuine source, Sorbillo at Via Dei Tribunali 32 ( not the busy place with the blue sorbillo flags) walk a little further to the smaller place with Sorbillo etched in the glass over the door…viola!.. Pizza Napoli. This walk from Palazzo Turchini takes you through Centro Antico. There is also a beautiful Church right next door to Palazzo Turchini and hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Port of Naples for next steps travel to ports beyond. Room is clean and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful for anything we needed. We stayed here as an anchor point for visiting Capri and Positano. It was a 5 minute walk to the ferry for both of these stops. Breakfast was included with a nice variety and delicious.

We were taking the morning ferry to Amalfi and the location of this hotel to the ferry port was very convenient and close. We walked there in 10 minutes. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was the perfect start to the day!
