Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location, West of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

This was our 3rd year at Park Shore Resort. The location of this condo was perfect: next to the elevator, very close to the pool, office and Hogfish Harry’s (which is excellent). The property manager and team responded quickly to our concerns about the TV remotes not working and ceiling fan in one bedroom not working. They sent maintenance out almostImmediately and had a remote control delivered that same day. This unit was also equipped with 4 very nice sturdy reclining beach chairs, umbrella and several beach towels. The bath linens were also brand new and had a luxury feel. The appliances were also new and state of the art. The lanai is nicely furnished with a dining set and cushioned loveseat with coffee table, perfect for early morning breakfast or evening dinner overlooking the lake, fountain and lighted bridge. We also loved the decor and wall art. While this unit could use a little maintenance, overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Clam Pass Park Beach is 2 miles from the resort and definitely worth a visit. There is also plenty of shopping nearby at The Villages on Venetian Bay, Waterside Shops, Mercato and Fifth Avenue. Naples has a lot to offer and Park Shore is a perfect location to access it all.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We found it clean, comfortable & quiet. The screened in balcony was a great way to relax and enjoy the views of the water & wildlife. The host was very quick to answer questions for us and very accommodating. The condo is in a nice area with several walkable restaurants near by. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and met all our expectations.We really enjoyed the screened in large terrace. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler bag to make our beach outings more comfortable. The host was kind and always very receptive to any of our questions.The resort itself was also wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and the on-site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s) - excellent food. The location was perfect as well. There were lots of things you could walk to like shopping and restaurants but if you wanted to venture further out like the beach or other restaurants and shopping, it was within a 10 minute drive.We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and convenient

We have stayed at Park Shore before as it is very close to my mom. We were able to stay for a reasonable price for a couple of days at the last minute, which I truly appreciated. The unit was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs. We appreciated the information binder and the waters left for us in the refrigerator!
