Annie’S Little House is a small country house located in a rare setting (at the foot of the Massif de la Clape) along the blue road that connects Narbonne-Plage to Gruissan. It is located outside the agglomeration, more precisely 2.5 km from the center of the seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage. Ideal for a quiet holiday, far from the hustle and bustle of summer entertainment.
Its fenced and private land will allow you to park without difficulty.
Of old construction, it offers an old-fashioned and atypical charm. You can enjoy an independent kitchen with a view of the access gate (ceramic hob, separate oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, kitchen utensils, large refrigerator), a large living room (living room - dining room) with television (TNT channels), followed by a first bathroom - sink and washing machine (no shower) on the ground floor, access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase with its ramp security
Each of the bedrooms upstairs has large windows offering a view of the land and the swimming pool, they are equipped with mosquito nets and wooden shutter, on the same landing there is a separate toilet followed by a large bathroom with a shower cubicle and its sink. Outside, you can choose according to your desire to have your meals on the garden table near the pool or in the summer kitchen which is equipped with a permanent BBQ, the swimming pool (11m x 7m) is for strictly private use, it is surrounded by a barrier but will never replace the supervision of parents or guardians
