Villa degli Eucalipti is a beautiful seafront villa in Torre Squillace, near Nardò and Porto Cesareo. The recently-built villa is modern and cozy, it`s on two floors, accommodating up to 10 guests.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, tv, built-in barbecue, fireplace, outdoor shower, parking. Small pets are allowed.

Villa degli Eucalipti is an entirely fenced and spacious villa with a pedestrian access and the access for cars. The well-kept garden is large and with several outdoor equipped areas where you can relax. Moreover, it is equipped with barbecue. On the upper floor there is a large terrace with view on the sea and furnished as solarium.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there are the living room with two sofa beds (one of which is double), fireplace and tv, kitchen with access to the garden and bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is the sleeping area which consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are triple (double bed + twin sized bed), twin and double.

The seafront Villa degli Eucalipti is in a privileged position in Torre Squillace. It`s near the sea and rocky coast with a small sandy beach, which is 80 meters away. The villa is close to other beaches such as Sant`Isidoro and Torre Squillace, which are 1 kilometers away, while Porto Cesareo is 5 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
