The lovely apartment is introduced by a veranda furnished with table and chairs.
The entrance to the house is a nice living room furnished with 1 single sofa bed, TV, dining room. A hallway leads to 1 double bedroom and the air-conditioned eat-in kitchen, as well as the shower room.
In the kitchen there are stairs leading to the second air-conditioned double bedroom. Also from the kitchen there is finally access to 1 single room.
Appartamento La Meta is a very simple house, perfect for those who want a vacation within walking distance of the beach and with all essential services at hand.

The vacation apartment in Sant`Isidoro, on the sea of Nardò, is just 100 meters from the beach, both free and equipped.
Everything is within walking distance: sea, grocery, newsstand, tobacconist`s, church, park, pizzerias and restaurants. Porto Cesareo, about 4 km away, is also very close.
The town of Nardò can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The one bed room has no windows.
- Air conditioning is only in the kitchen and in the first floor bedroom.
