Charming open-concept apartment for 2 people, located in a charming, recently renovated historic building. The apartment is conveniently located on the edge of the historic center, just a short walk from all the main attractions and in an area with all the necessary amenities. Lecce is only a 30-minute drive away, while the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina are just a 10-minute drive away. You can also book the adjacent apartment, La Torretta Home, for a total of 4 guests.



The 40-square-meter apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a historic building with a private entrance from the street; please note there is a small ramp with 7 steps to access it.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and electric oven

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, split A/C, sofas, and TV

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, split A/C, small built-in closet, and a clothes rack

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- BALCONY furnished with a small table and two chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor area is under video surveillance for security reasons.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From midnight to 1:30 AM - 40.00 euros.

To ensure a smooth check-in, please let us know your arrival time in advance.



A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 8 nights, as required by the municipality of Nardò.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operational and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Nardò Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
