We called to confirm on the afternoon of our reservation and were advised that they had no space available and that they had notified us by email on Saturday. We did not receive an email, nor did the guest in room 2. We did not make the reservation on Saturday! We should not be charged for this room. the only email we received was the one from hotels.com advising us that our reservation was confirmed...

“I feel like this Hotel is not of the standard that should be on Expedia. I booked a room to accommodate 4 people. But when we arrived, we got a tiny room that can accommodate only 3 people with very tiny beds. Water ran out of the sink before bedtime and it was a challenge to wash hands, had to rely on bottled water. The shower was too small next to the toilet. When you run water, it wets the entire toilet seat. No hot water in the shower too.
Will not recommend it, book at your own risk.”

“Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr sehr staubig. Überall eine dicke Schicht Staub.
Narok ist generell sehr staubig und trocken. Das Hotel wusste aber, dass ich anreise. Das Zimmer hätte also vorher gereinigt werden können.”
