Detta vackra, välskötta 5 sovrum, 2 badrum hemma ligger på en lugn cul de sac i området Point Judith. Hemmet har två stora öppna bostadsområden på varje våning vilket gör detta till en idealisk hyra för familjer med barn eller större, utvidgade familjemedlemmar som vill semestra tillsammans. Separat ingång ger integritet att komma och gå om så önskas. Hemmet ligger på en dubbel mycket som erbjuder en stor privat trädgård som är perfekt för din familj att sprida ut koppla av eller spela alla typer av familjeaktiviteter.

Njut av att ta en kort promenad till Charlie O's samt många andra restauranger i närheten. Området är din port till fyra stora statliga stränder plus Galilee, Block Island, Newport, Wakefield och Providence. We had a wonderful time. This home is close to many state beaches and is within 1/2 hr from Newport. The ferry to Block Island was close and great for a day trip. I would recommend the home who needs space for a large family.

This was one of the nicest homes we stayed in on our every other year vacation to RI. We had previously stayed in Eastward Look but there were not many options in our price range. We found this location, just next to Fishermans Campground where we used to go as kids, and it was perfect for what we needed. The house was very clean. The screened in porch was nice to hang out in at night. The A/C did a great job keeping everyone cool. The additional outdoor shower made it easy to get ready at night after long days at the beach. I would highly recommend this house to stay in and will try to get it again when we come back in 2 years.

Point Judith Family Vacay

The house was in a nice walkable neighborhood with everything we needed. The separate downstairs area worked well for our multi-family group. AC was great as was the screened in porch and deck. The outdoor shower was very nice although it was totally enclosed so didn't have the feel of being outside but we loved the rain shower head. Although there was room for 10 people to sleep, the kitchen table only had room for 6- 8 people. Lucia was easy to communicate with and accommodating as well. Loved this area!

Amazing Home Amazing location

We have stayed in a few places in RI After staying here, we will never stay anywhere else. The house was clean and had such a beachy feel. There were 10 of us in total 8 adults and 2 children, a five year old and a 1 1/2 year old. There was plenty of space for all of us. There is a nice screened in porch and a great yard to play games. The location is also amazing. It is literally 3-5 minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. They also provided a portacrib and a high chair which helped a lot The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and is extremely kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for great location and a comfortable relaxing atmosphere You also won’t find better hosts

Spacious home in quiet Neighborhood

My family of 8 (6 adults, two kids under 12) and our family dogs (extra cost FYI) enjoyed staying at this home. The house was spacious enough for us all to get along comfortably and we ended up hanging out all together anyways. There are two living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) with big couches and tv's so if folks needed space, they had it. The outdoor deck was really nice and had seating for us all. The bedrooms were big and while the house was not anything fancy, it was updated with fresh paint and nice decorations. There is a ton of parking, nice yard space for playing (not fenced in) and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet. The house is bikeable to all the amazing beaches and Galilee restaurants. There is a bagel/coffee shop a 15-minute walk away as well. There is a state park right next door with basketball and tennis courts, and spacious green area for pets/walking that is free to use (it says campground but its open to public as well- I confirmed w/ the staff). The only con to the house is the outdoor shower - we were excited for this and it's more like a miniature cement garage shower. It's fine for washing off feet and toys, but none of us took a shower in it. Otherwise, I recommend this house to families - it's a great space and location for the price and we appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owners.

Soccer Tournament Weekend

My son had a soccer tournament at URI so we decided to make a long weekend of it. The house was perfect for our stay in RI. We were able to check in early, rent sheets and towels for a very fair price from the owners, the house was spotless, and plenty of room for our family of 7. We really enjoyed the porch and drank our coffee there every morning. We only have two small complaints. The refrigerator froze a bunch of our food the first night and the upstairs bedrooms are very bright (curtains would be so helpful). Our 8 and 6 year old woke up by 5:30 each morning because it was so bright. Yawn! =) Overall the stay was wonderful and Lucia was also quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely return if we had to stay in RI in the future.

A clean and functional home with some issues. While the bedrooms are more than adequate, the downstairs shower has very weak water pressure and the floors creek loudly. Kitchen is fine.

Perfect for families

Spacious CLEAN home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We were a family of 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 2-7. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, nice deck with grill and great private backyard for playing games. Outdoor shower was a plus when coming back from the beach which by the way only a 5 minute drive! Communication with owner was prompt and easy. We had zero issues while we were there.

Perfect location!

Lucia was amazing to rent from. She was very easy to communicate with. The house is a perfect location. It was convenient to beaches, the ferry, restaurants and stop and shop. The home had all the amenities we needed. It was a great layout for two families. We stayed upstairs and our friends stayed downstairs. The screened in porch was a favorite place to hang out in the evenings. My only issue was the fridge froze most of our food even when turning the temp up and that there were no curtains in the bedrooms upstairs. This made it extremely bright very early in the morning. Otherwise it was a perfect trip! Thank you. We would most definitely rent this property again!!

Beautiful, spacious home

This home was exactly what we needed for Our families. very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. Our 4 teenage boys had their own bedrooms and hang out space In the basement. The adults had their own space upstairs. It was perfect. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We met one of the owners while there, he was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for different things to do. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Narragansett Vacation - 7/17/21 -- 7/24/21

My family and I had a terrific stay in this home. The property was clean and well maintained. Situated on a large corner lot and located in a quiet neighborhood (while at the same time close to the beaches), this home proved to be the perfect vacation rental for our party of six. We were provided with everything we needed and when we had one small issue, Lucia promptly addressed it. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great House for the Whole Family

This house provided perfect accommodations for our whole family, including my husband and me and our three sons, our daughter-in-law and three young grandchildren. The downstairs, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and full bath was almost like a separate apartment for the our son, daughter-in-law and their three children. We enjoyed the screened-in porch very much, as well as the deck. The yard and neighborhood were lovely, and the beaches were only a few minutes drive. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were all comfortable and tastefully decorated. I would recommend this house to families looking for a fun beach vacation. Nan 8/2/21

Perfect location

This property is in a cute little neighborhood off the main road with a short drive to beaches. The kids loved having their own area downstairs, there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We appreciated the central ac as we had a hot and humid week. We would definitely rent this house again.
