Beach Chic Cottage, som är ny att marknadsföra och undangömt på en återvändsgränd i en miljon dollar stadsdel, är rent och mysigt, ett kvarter från havet och gångavstånd till fyren och några fantastiska restauranger. Stugan är allt du behöver för att koppla av och återansluta med ett sovrum med en stor drottning, en sovloft med full säng och en privat veranda med en full säng och tvåbäddsrum. Det erbjuder också en utomhuspeis på ett enormt däck och en utomhusdusch för enkel avslappning av afterstranden, rostning av marshmallows, cocktails under stjärnhimlen och morgonkaffe. Lyssna på vågorna och höra avståndet vissla från Block Island Ferry. Luftkonditionerad luftkonditionering erbjuder sommarkomfort när havbrisen behöver öka.

Däck är utrustat med ett utomhusgaller och gott om utrymme att koppla av. Utomhuspisen är magisk för stjärna som tittar på sommarnätter och gör molniga dagar till ett välkomnande tillfälle vid havet.

Köket är redo för alla hemlagade måltider, men om du inte känner för matlagning kan du gå till ett halvt dussin av Narragansett bästa restuarants och pubar.

This property was amazing! It far exceeded our expectations. We instantly fell in love with thus place. Our first impressions of the cottage being the beautifully landscaped yard was only the beginning. Once inside, we were wowed at how bright and clean and updated it was. We felt right at home from the second we arrived till the moment we left. Everything we could need was right there, from pots and pans right down to the travel coffee mugs to take in the ocean break only a short 2 minute walk away. The fenced in yard and wraparound deck with lounge area was the perfect way to start and end the day. The host was also so very nice and attentive with any questions we had. They texted prior to arrival to let us know how to get in and where the keys would be. They were also gracious enough to allow one of our family members to stay unexpectedly for an evening which we were so very grateful for. This place has it all and then some! We will absolutely be returning to stay again next year!

We had the best stay! The house is located in walking distance from the famous aunt carries restaurant and ice cream! Great neighborhood! The yard is magical, we spent the entire stay in the yard. It’s fenced in so my little guy got to run about and we relaxed by the fire. Great outdoor shower too. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming and quiet accommodations

We just loved this place. Clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet, private yard and deck surrounded by a lovely and well-maintained garden. Comfy beds and big, fluffy towels. One suggestion would be to add a cutting-board sink cover to increase food prep space in the kitchen. Otherwise perfect and wholeheartedly recommend!

Beach Getaway

Ann Marie's property is the perfect location for a beach getaway. We spent a fabulous week in the very clean, well -stocked home. The bedding and linens were great and comfortable. While cozy, it is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The mini splits added much needed coolness. The outdoor space is terrific too. The fireplace is wonderful and so relaxing after a long day in the sun. The street is very quiet and the stars were a show on the clear nights. A short walk to the rocks and you can watch the surfers ending their day. Overall, this is great house and highly recommend.

Lovely beach cottage with more than expected

This beach cottage was more than enough for our family of 3. It had everything we needed plus more unexpected touches. It was very clean and fully stocked. We were surprised to find waters, wine, and some ice in the freezer upon arrival, which was much appreciated since usually our first thing to do is run out to a store to get those essentials. There was also wood in the fireplace outside ready to go for a fire, with all the s’more making ingredients inside on the table. The kitchen had so many plates, cups, and all different utensils, plus plastic baggies, foil, sugar for coffee, and so much more. There were also fun games in the living room to play in the evening. The decor both inside and outside were lovely and made it a more enjoyable experience. My son is only 4 and didn’t want to leave because he loved it so much there. Ann Marie was also great. She texted upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, and she responded to questions quickly. The location was also great with beaches and restaurants only a short drive away. Some are within walking distance too.

Beautiful house and location

The house was beautiful and located close to beaches and great restaurants. The only hiccup we had was checking in. We couldn’t get a hold of the host for about 3.5 hours the day of check in and we didn’t know how to access the house. If they would’ve told us ahead of time how to get into the house this experience would’ve been much better. Once we were in, everything was great. The host is very responsive and professional. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful cottage, quiet neighborhood, wonderful owners

We loved our stay at this adorable house. The deck and backyard are private and perfect for relaxing. The house had lots of thoughtful touches, was stocked with everything we needed, and when I had questions, they were answered right away. The location is excellent. Perfect!

We snagged this cottage at the last minute for a 4 day end of summer vacation. It's lovely. Everything is as advertised: clean, well stocked, comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable, and the back yard patio area with stone fireplace is a huge plus. It's on the small side, yet all of us slept in relative privacy and the 4 of us felt like we had plenty of room. Ann Marie is so helpful and responsive! We had a wonderful last minute vacation. If we come back to the area, and I hope we do, we'd definitely book this again. Thank you!!

Perfect location!!

This quiet home, set on the end of a street was the PERFECT location for myself and my 4 girlfriends! We had the best time. It was the perfect location - beach’s views. 5 min drive to roger wheeler state beach. The house was decorated so perfectly and had all the amenities you would look for. Roomy - great backyard for a fire, grilling or sitting on the cozy patio furniture for a drink. Close to some awesome restaurants 10 min drive. The owner was super easy to get in contact with and answered us right away with any questions we had! We couldn’t of asked for a better time, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you again! Fantastic!

Mrs. Waters was great and the cottage was perfect for our family of five. She was very responsive and gave us great ideas for local places to visit. Everything was very clean, cozy, and had great amenities. The location was fantastic being one block from the ocean and within walking distance of great local food and ice cream treats. We had a great time and would highly recommend the Beach Chic Cottage to others. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!
