“Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”

“Very nice easy location to get around. Quiet reprieve that was a very clean sanctuary from on the go.”

“The A/C was a little noisy. They were ants in the kitchen area. The room needed a black out curtain over the kitchen window. The bathroom needs a fan to remove the steam from shower”

“Service was not up to par from checking in ( smile goes along way) Need mire people for valet parking, too many times we left jeep after waiting for an attendant. lounge bar took forever to get drinks. Wish there was someone going around pool area picking up old cups so we knew which chairs were taken and could use table for our drinks. Room cleaning at 6pm? really? elevator grinds at 4th floor-may want to get it serviced. our smoke detector light blinked so bright then I thought I would get...

“This is a great property on a steep hill. Owner Lyndsay was VERY helpful and provided an introduction to the property even volunteering to help me with luggage. The site is walking distance from the downtown area.”

“Some of the staff were very helpful. Others had an attitude of, why are you here asking me a question? Several employees smelled like weed/marijuana! The wait staff in the restaurant was terrible, Food was over priced, didn’t taste good and wether you were there for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the wait time for your food was long and the meals were cold every time! On future trips to St Thomas, we will not be staying at Margaritaville!”

“Walking distance to all the shopping of Charolette Amalie. The most welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, the pool being open 24/7 is an awesome touch. I would recommend this stay to anyone! Especially couples. I wouldn’t say it’s fit for families or elderly-or those with a hard time climbing stairs. A few Minutes drive to the airport and Brewers Beach. YOU WONT REGRET your stay”

“St. John Inn is the best place I ever stayed at! The staff were amazingly friendly and the second you step into their door you feel like home! It was a great place to stay both because of all friendly people we meet but also because the hotel got the best location. Doesn't matter if you like good restaurants, shopping, hiking, snorkeling or just relax at the beaches, this place is close to it all! “Wonderful spa hotel right on the beach. Rooms excellent and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious, clean and beyond what we expected. AC worked perfect. Oceanview room with balcony overlooking the beach made for magical and romantic nights and days. Would definitely stay again!!!”

“Spent 4nights and it was beautiful close to beach great views. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar closed early like 9pm so if u didn’t have food by then you will starve and if you did have food there was no microwave to heat the food up.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a microwave in the room and coffee available in the lobby. The sitting area was nice unless there was a boat nearby that gave a diesel smell. Cruise ships did not dock in front of the hotel but further down the dock, so our view was not blocked. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the sky-tram which was nice.”

“The view is why you should stay here. The pool and bar are great, lounge chairs need repair. Convenient access to old town. The restaurant is very good but pricey, Sibs up the road is a grea local bar and restaurant. There is NO sign to tell you where to turn to get to hotel. Three stars is a good position for this hotel. Finally, I would NOT return to St. Thomas. There are a lot to see and do but driving the roads wear you out getting there. Go to St. John or St. Croix instead.”
