    Denna stuga är ett vackert hem inbäddat i skogen bara 5 miles från ingången till Brown County State Park och 10 minuter från Nashville.

    Det finns många funktioner i denna stuga som gör din vistelse angenäm. Från de hackade timmerväggarna, trägolv och takbjälkar; till den stora stenpisen och vackra ljusarmaturer är detta hem den plats du vill vara. Det stora sovrummet och det privata badet är smakfullt inredda och ligger precis vid det stora rummet / kök / matplats. Det stora sovrummet kommer att behandla dig med en platt-skärm 55 "HD-satellit-tv för din njutning.

    Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, brödrost, mixer, grytor och stekpannor för matlagning. Den är designad med franska dörrar som öppnar till en mycket fin skärmad veranda med uteplats som leder till ett angränsande däck. Däck är möblerat med grill och det finns en eldstad.

    Ett mysigt vardagsrum ligger precis vid matsalen och har en vacker spis med stengas för dina avkopplande stunder och en plattskärms-TV med hög upplösning 42 ". Det finns ytterligare ett halvt badrum intill vardagsrummet för din bekvämlighet. Det finns satellit-TV / DVD i vardagsrummet och den lägre nivån.

    På den nedre nivån i kabinen garanterar ett andra sovrum med plattskärms-HD-satellit 27 "TV och badkar en lugn vila när du är undanstoppad i Brown County skogen. Det finns en soffa med utdragbar säng för extra gäster. Familjerummet är inrättat för en underbar tid med en biljardkamp, 27 "högupplöst satellit-TV, ett Wii-spelsystem för familjens kul och ett urval av filmer för din njutning. En annan uppsättning franska dörrar leder till uteplatsen där du hittar en bubblande badtunna som väntar på dig ... och om du har tur ... en hjortöverraskning.

It was very nice, tucked back in the woods. Nice space outside plenty of rocking chairs to relaxing. Peaceful.

Great location, 20 mi from Bloomington, 8 from downtown Nashville. Was a great family get together for graduation weekend.. Plenty of space, nice amenities

The cabin and surroundings exceeded our expectations. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s better in person. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay!

Lovely cabin. Looks small from the front but lots of space inside on both levels. Cozy and fun. Loved the screened porch, peace and quiet, beautiful woods, and the pool table. Looking forward to returning to this cabin in future.

This cabin is exactly like it is listed , one of the nicest places I’ve been very clean and decorated perfectly. If you want to go somewhere and relax this is the place . I would definitely rent this one again !!

Beautiful

Very relaxing amounts the sounds of the breeze in the trees and the birds chirping while enjoying the 3 season room. The great room and bedrooms where clean and decorated beautifully with art from local artists.

Log cabin was just as described! Beautiful serene and cozy plus dog friendly! We loved the sectional in upstairs living room with gas fireplace. The lower level was cozy as well but with just the two of us we didn’t ended up using it much. We will return with a couple and earlier in the fall or even summer to enjoy the whole property.

Weekend stay

Had a wonderful weekend at this property. It was just as pictured and as described. Stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Loved the layout of the home and the outdoor space was very nice. There was hand soap and dish soap, no body wash or shampoo- that’s the only thing I would advise for guests to bring! The kitchen had all amenities we needed. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay at Hickory Ridge for a two-night getaway. The rental was very clean and well maintained. The view was fantastic and we loved the hot tub. The only negative I can think of were the sleeping pillows (very thin). We would definitely recommend to family and will stay again.

Nice spot to get away safely

Overall, we had a nice time. Enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated that firewood was provided, and really loved the screened in porch to sit outside without need for masks. Plenty of seating and plenty of space to spread out throughout. However, it wasn’t overall as clean as one would expect. There was no wifi (which I understand, just would have appreciated that noted somewhere) and the DVD player was ancient, so we had to go 40 minutes to Walmart to buy a Blu-ray player to play the movies we bought (after realizing there was no wifi and our Apple TV plan wouldn’t work). The upstairs bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable and the pillows were so so thin. These are things you can easily replace for cheaply and make guests comfortable. I received what felt like 10 emails from the company in the 2 weeks prior to check in which was really annoying to keep track of, and they all seemed to include duplicate info. Every time I called the office (during open hours) during our stay, no one ever picked up the phone. Eventually I used google voice, which allowed me to call from a “local” number, and they picked up immediately. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and loved the closeness to town. But for the price, some of the amenities are worn out or outdated, and there was much left uncleaned for what seemed like a long time. Surface things are clean, but just don’t peek too closely elsewhere.

Great retreat!

The cabin was perfect for my husband, in-laws, and infant son. We were looking for a relaxing getaway which was what we got. Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed playing pool and hanging out in the hot tub.

Secluded, private retreat convenient to Little Nashville

Hickory Ridge Cabin offered total privacy and seclusion, while still being convenient to the dining, shopping and attractions in Nashville. A couple of minor issues - the satellite TVs in the lower level didn't work and neither did the upstairs recliners (unless we just couldn't figure out how to work then) but the hot tub and screened in porch were very relaxing, with a nice view of the woods.
