The stay was great. I didn't like that I was asked for a card and this is normal for a hotel to keep a card on record. But I was not informed it would put a pending transaction of $500 on my account, the lack of available funds restricted what we were able to do during our stay, which ruined it somewhat.
There was hair on the toilet when we arrived and the breakfast options got a little boring after a few days. But the beds were huge and very comfortable. The hotel is fantastically located to walk down to Broadway. I would still recommend it.
