Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Stay at Kitty

The house was clean and very nice. Not real stocked but sufficient as we were not there much. A little confusing with text messages and emails as to instructions and where to find things, as the locked closet in the kitchen held the goods but we were unaware. Most places have a book with everything written in it as instructions. Internet was not working but the managent fixed it ASAP. Great location getting to Downtown and other attractions. Three floors a bit much. Elevator would be nice!

Very clean and convenient place

Easy access to front door. Spacious room. Three levels and wide longer flights of stairs between. Just fine for persons with stair-climbing legs. Really appreciated the convenience of garage at first floor.

Successful Bachelorette!

Even though getting into the house was a bit of a struggle at first, due to app issues, the home itself was beautiful! So close to downtown Nashville, which was the main part of our trip. Loved all of gifts they left! Overall a very great place to stay

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. It was great for our group.

This was a great property to allow our group to enjoy our time together comfortably. Each guest had their own space for relaxing but also enough seating for us all to gather in the dinning/living room area. Would recommend to others visiting the area. Also it was nice being able to walk to the grocery across the street.

Great Stay

This is a 3 story town house that is incredibly well appointed and very clean. There is a substantial amount of space. It's a rather newer build with new appliances so there were no issues there. It's close to downtown and a lot of areas of interest. It was great to have a parking garage behind the unit and a supermarket across the street. The only wrinkle we had was that the cable/internet did not work when we checked in. They got it fixed the next day when the local contact person was available but it was a little stressful while waiting for it to resolve because I had work meetings scheduled. Also, if you have anyone with mobility issues, know that the stairs are steep. but, there is a 1st floor bedroom. The kitchen and living area is on the 2nd floor. There are only 2 television sets in the whole unit: 2nd floor living area and one bedroom on the third floor. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Great Nashville Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend! The management was extremely responsive and helpful, providing ample information and answering all questions we had. Everything was clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Close to everything

Loved this property, with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level, it was easy to spread out. Pros- 1. Lots of space 2. Everything is close-farmers market, downtown, shopping (2-10 minutes away) 3. Garage was available for guests use (free of charge) 4. Nicely decorated 5. Gas stove 6. Low noise (couldn’t hear neighbors, nothing woke me up at night or early in the morning) Cons- 1. Outside of the Vrbo booking process, avant-stay requires you to submit a picture of you and your license in order to get the entry code, even though your payment has been received and vrbo says you’re booked. This is not mentioned at all on vrbo, so it seemed odd and opens the door for discrimination in my opinion 2. Rain came into the upstairs room from the balcony- I was able to clean it up with a couple of towels. 3. A beer can was left on the balcony by the previous tenants, other than that it was very clean and updated. I wouldn’t definitely book again.
