The grandkids want to go back next year. It was wonderful, so much room for everybody. And 4 bathrooms, exactly what a vacation rental needs. Wish the elevator was working, the stairs are killer when carrying luggage and supplies. The river was so nice to just sit and enjoy. The host is top notch, easy to talk to explained the area for us to plan activities with the children.

I highly recommend this lovely home. The views are beautiful and there is a lot of wildlife around. The host did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. There is even some mining equipment and other outdoor supplies at the house. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay there again!

We had a great time at the Dry Bean. There was plenty of space for our party of 7 and having 4 bathrooms was a big plus! The porch was fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a little trouble finding the place (the address provided on the confirmation email mapped us to the wrong place) but the host responded quickly with the correct address.

Loved this place, we were a group of 8 and it fit us better then we'd hoped. (Three couples and two kids) Our host was informative and easy to communicate with. The cabin was wonderful and stocked with all the basics. Everyone liked their rooms, having a bathroom in each room was a our must have for our trip. We loved the high ceilings and the spacious living room/kitchen. I'd booked this place again. Thing to noteThe road you turn on too to get to the house is Rock/Dirt, with cattle grates, and a few hills. Our cars handle the road well, even with the lower set vehicles.

Wonderful stay, enjoyed the trip! House was clean, layout was great for families. We made a lot of memories on the balcony porch and backyard. River was beautiful. I would suggest black out curtains for the rooms facing the outside lights. However, wonderful stay and we hope to come back!

Amazing place! It was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. We loved the location and were out on the river fishing first thing each morning. We finished off our days with corn hole out by the fire pit. Wonderful place to enjoy family time!

This is our second time staying at the property, and we love it! There’s plenty of room, it’s beautifully decorated, and the location on the river is perfect! Joie is quick to reply and very helpful. There was a thunderstorm very late one night that temporarily knocked out the power. I sent her a message just to let her know, not expecting a response so late at night. She got back to me immediately to let me know that the power company was working on it. Power was restored in no time at all.

It was just as advertised on VRBO - great location, beautiful space inside & out, nice view. I love that the kids had their own space & each room had a full bathroom... that's better than what we have at home ! We never did try out trout fishing...maybe next time ! Good, private spot out of town but an easy distance to Murfreesboro & to the Nashville Wal-Mart

This is a wonderful house! Beautiful, quiet river spot and comfortable for our two families. The ice maker was next level! It is kind of far from stores/restaurants, so plan ahead!
