We are limited to permitting 4 guests at the cabin. You signed and agreed to only bring 3 people, yet you brought over 17 people. This is the hiccup you are speaking of as you had no issues with the cabin and mentioned how much you loved it. I would recommend following the rules to eliminate these hiccups in the future.
