Cozy 3bd/3bth on Thornapple Lake, close to boat launch, shopping, restaurants!

Enjoy over 200’ of private lake frontage on all sports Thornapple Lake with plenty of parking and a large yard for your favorite yard games. The deck and covered porch are roomy and inviting and provide both table and lounge seating for everyone! There are 2 kayaks to adventure around the lake or float down the river into town. The lake is quaint and quiet. There are 2 separate boat launches within minutes of the house if you decide to bring your own boat.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone will enjoy their own space. The upstairs hosts a private master suite with its own balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom.

Enjoy the fully stocked eat-in kitchen with seating for 8, which is the perfect place for game night.

Please read amenities description. The home does not have central air but there are 3 air units, one in each bedroom. The internet is not stellar, but will support Netflix, Hula, etc.

Thornapple Lake is a 400-acre all sports lake. The Thornapple River flows through the lake from east to west.
Historic Charlton Park is located directly across the lake from the house by boat or just around the corner by car. There is a public boat launch and public beach and is a great place to walk, bike, picnic and enjoy the natural surrounds.

Hastings is 7 miles to the west and hosts a handful of great places to eat and the downtown area is a social district with lots of shops, brewery and restaurants to visit. There is also a Walmart, TJ Max, Apple Bees, Walgreens, movie theater, bowling alley, parks, and antique stores.

Thornapple Plaza hosts live music during the summer months and there is always a summer event going on down town!

Very welcoming host, clear check in and check out instructions. This home begs for quality family time to make special memories- still plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing if that's what they want!

I don't know if there are enough stars or good words to say about this house or these hosts. The house was as advertised (cozy, accessible, and well-equipped). It is close enough to Hastings, MI, to get what you need, but far enough that you feel like you're on vacation. It is also nice to wake up to a view of the lake.The hosts were incredible. They checked in before our arrival, and when the weather turned for the worse, they checked in to see if we were ok. The morning we were to leave, we woke up to 9" of snow on the ground and our car stuck in the driveway. The hosts showed up with shovels and got us out of the driveway...unbelievable.If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay that is well-appointed and has hosts who are truly hosts... look no further.

This home was just perfect for us three retired couples who get together every 1-2 years after meeting 50 year ago. Everything was very clean. Kitchen had what we needed for a few meals. Having three bathrooms was great and they all had the towels/shampoo that we needed. The porches were just great and we loved being ablle to sit out there or from the house look at the lake. It's a quiet place. Peaceful!

We absolutely LOVED our stay, I’m having a difficult time writing this review because I’d like to keep this place a secret so it’s available whenever we want it. Mornings and evenings on the deck were our favorite part of the stay. Shelly was an absolutely fabulous host and provided excellent communication and went above and beyond.

This is a beautiful house with a great view. I loved that there was pretty much a bathroom for each bedroom. It was very clean and the owners put a lot of effort in making this place feel like home. Owners are great at communicating and responding quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the quick responses to any questions we had. We were a little bummed that the main floor did not have air conditioning.However, they had a few fans going which helped with the circulation. The bedrooms are air conditioned and were quite comfortable. The lake is nice and the house sits on the quiet side of the lake. Thank you for allowing us into your home. We had a great time.

Great place on the lake!

Check in was easy, the host/hostess was very kind and left us bottled water and a bag of ice. House was so cute & clean. We were told we didn’t have to check out right at 11 am so we took our time and enjoyed coffee & breakfast. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful property with everything you would possibly need, so relaxing sitting on the amazing porch watching the sunset. We stayed for a long weekend during our son’s wedding at the Venue 12:30, perfect location! Having 3 full bathrooms for everyone getting ready for our events was also very nice.My mom wants to buy the house!
