Basic Liability Package is $35 or you can provide your own insurance once it meets the rental company's the liability, collision and comprehensive requirements.
Other things to note
AC is optional and available at customer request. We recommend utilizing the ac between June and November. The cost of running the AC is 40 dollars per day (2 AC units) which we split with the guest. Please confirm before booking if you would like to utilize the AC the additional charge of 20 dollars per day can be added once you arrive or during your booking or before your arrival.
