(2nd fl unit, Unit 4) In a peaceful traditional historic neighborhood is a modern designed private space in the heart of Nassau. Easily accessible to all things desired while in the Bahamas from fine dining to fast food, walking distance to tourist attractions including the beach & Atlantis, Paradise Island and downtown. The Unit is designed for the business executive, couples coming to enjoy themselves or just those visiting to chill!
The space
Within the images is a layout of the room which helps with knowing the size and layout. The space is designed to be extra comfortable, modern and upscale. while it is cozy, you will be more than pleased with its location, cleanliness, design elements and the exterior spaces which are large and private. The shared spaces are the back patio area for grilling, green spaces and the laundry room.
Guest access
The general back patio where the grill resides is a common area for all guests to grill and chill.
The laundry room is for all guests. If it is in use, simply write your name on the whiteboard provided to state you are next.
The green spaces are also common areas for all guests to enjoy.

Location was unclear local taxi driver had to ask 3 neighbors till we found it No room numbers on door -code did not work Had to ask about laundry-dryer did not work very inaccessible Gate code did not work Room was clean

BEWARE The worst ever stay. No stars. Upon arrival I was not given correct directions for the location of unit I was staying at and had to walk in circles to find unit with no one to ask for help and no host present to find the unit. I Noticed the place was dirty from the first day I noticed the headboard saturated in makeup from previous guests, dirty sheets, dirty blankets. The place had a smell of mold. Crumbling walls with a large hole on right I contacted Sabrina and complained through text and was completely ghosted for the price I paid I felt cheated the bed was not comfortable and it was very dirty and there are not protective covers protecting pillows nor the mattress only just a fitted sheet with stains on it. I then saw how the mattress was exposed and covered in blood stains and dirt. I reached to Sabrina in regards to the room nothing was done to correct the problem I was ignored after mutiple attempts to reach out about the unit and had to leave early due to the uncleanliness of place, contracting a staff infection, non responsiveness of the host Sabrina , the loud banging at 7:00 am of workman hammering another unit behind my wall in the other unit and other host listed under Sabrina which I believe is her husband barged in the room while I was laying in bed with husband without warning no knocking just barged in I was forced to leave because I couldn’t take it no more. Sabrina should choose a different profession she lack customer service skills horrible

Pretty much as described. Has basic amenities Bed pretty comfortable. AC works great!!!TV only has Netflix if it works. Had a couple issues & contacted the host. She fixed them quickly Bathroom small. Shower VERY small with no caddy. Allshower items must be placed on floor. Knees hit wall when on toilet. NO closet to hang anything. Bring own hangers if u want to use the pole in bathroom Overall stay & price was good

Les hotes n'ont pas changer les draps ,ils n'ont pas netoyer ,in as trouver la poubelle des precedent voyageurs et ke lit etait defait ,pas de lumiere dans la cuisine et la hal d'entrer ,on as utiliser nos telephone la nuit pour utilise la cuisine et passer le hall.c'etait terrible .a l’entree le boitier du code d'acces ne fonctionnait pas ,un voisin nous aider a acceder.l’hote etait absent et meme pas s’excuser ! Y’avait meme une porte detacher laisser sur place a la sale a manger ,avec le risque de tomber sur nos tetes .
On as trouver notre lit en cet etzt defait !

the host was really helpful when i needed to reschedule my stay and accidentally picked the wrong days. the hotel itself has netflix, and is a small getaway. the gate to the house is kinda hard to open and the shower takes a long time to warm up and goes away quick, but i would say the stay was worth it. it is quite a ways from the airport though and the taxis are at least 50 to get to the hotel. so keep that in mind.

This is nice for solo travel especially if you have the number of a taxi driver. Apart from the roach to ran in circles on the floor, it was a nice place to stay :)

The surrounding area was nicer than the actual stay. Owner acted too good to respond in a timely matter until check out time. Would not stay again. Was roaches in my room crawling the walls on the first night. No reliable taxis on standby. More effort would have def been appreciated and welcomed.

Amazing host

Sabrina was the best host we could possibly have had. It was easy to communicate with her and whatever we needed she would solve it quick. She also helped us a lot with renting a car and she recommended us places to go with was really helpful.

Good Value

Location was close to event I was attending so was able to walk to it every day. Only a couple blocks from fast food franchises and shopping plazas, one about 3 blocks, the other maybe four blocks. Located close to Potters Cay fish shacks and bridge to Paradise Island. Between E. Bay and Shirley Streets, so if you care to, can easily get jitney buses. Downtown only about 1.5 miles, so if you like to walk can be done.
