    Atlantis är överskattad, utsikten från huset är hisnande, oavsett om du är i vardagsrummet, matsalen, köket, master dusch, sovrummet eller sovrummet som vetter mot poolen.

    Hem byggdes av Dupont på 1950-talet, sedan sålde de det till Lord Sassoon, vi är de femte ägarna till detta otroliga hem. Hemmet har 10 meter privatlivsvägg, steg från uteplatsen tar dig direkt till stranden. Hela baksidan av huset vetter mot havet och har ett däck på det. Gästerna kan njuta av 160 linjära fot av havets fasad.

    Kom och njut av det turkiska vattnet i Karibien, med fantastisk utsikt, fiske från däck, stranden är några steg från däck, snorkling turer inte behövs, vi har ett mycket hälsosamt marint liv vid huset, poolen och badtunnan vetter mot hav!

    Alla rum är expansiva. Sovrummet är 22 med 22 fot, med en vägg med 3 franska dörrar mot havet. Master badrummet har 2 vattenplattor i duschen, uppvärmd jacuzzi och en bidé, nämnde vi en walk-in master garderob. Vardagsrum / matsal är 44 ft by 16 ft.

    Varje sovrum har två sängar i full storlek och en enkelsäng under full storlek säng. Alla rum har garderober.

    House har en generator med automatisk överföring. Omvänd osmos för dricksvatten. Vi har också filtrerat hela huset. Huset har 400 gallon vattenbehållare.

    Allt nytt kök med en italiensk Range Bertazzoni, Bosch diskmaskin, LG tvättmaskin, vi har alla avancerade apparater. Från färg till apparater till poolen är alla val lyxiga.

    Huset förvaltas lokalt av en fastighetsförvaltare. De hälsar dig vid incheckningsdagen och bekanta dig med vårt hem. De kommer också att vara närvarande vid kassan. Om du har några frågor, problem eller problem under din vistelse kommer de att hantera dem snabbt.

    Vi tar inte ut anläggningsavgifter, gratifikationer eller skatter. Hem är inte bara överkomligt för familjer, det är också något ur boken om de rika och berömda.

Buddy golf & snorkeling trip

Seaduction Bachelor Party

Seaduction was perfect for our bachelor party group. Great location, beautiful and safe property. Sonal was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, and the housekeeper who checked us in and out was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

New Year's Family Vacation

Great location

Great location with easy access to local taxi’s and right on the local bus route. Large roomy living spaces with views of the water and large patio to relax and watch the ships come in. Sonal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family had a wonderful time, perfect weather in February.

A Beautiful Getaway

Awesome Place

This place was an absolute gem. Sonjal was a great host and responded on time throughout the process. The pool patio along with the view was worth the price alone. We barely left the house because it was like our oen personal resort. Highly suggest staying here, it was an incredible trip.

Friends Reunion

The stay we had was fantastic! The house was clean, felt very safe, plenty of space in the house (we had 17 people), the pool and yard gave us a lot to do while hanging out, and the view of the sunsets off the water were unbelievable. A surplus of taxis around the island make it extremely easy to get around. Sonal (the host) was extremely helpful and extremely responsive as we prepared for our trip and had questions about how best to spend our time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nassau!

Fun, Fabulous Getaway

We had a crew of 18 girls stay in this house over a long weekend for a bachelorette trip, and this house surpassed all expectations! There was so much room for all of us to hang out together, whether in the living/dining room or outside by the pool. The house was clean, we had hot water, and the view was absolutely immaculate. Sonal, the host, was responsive and took great care of us and our needs, and also provided some great local recommendations.

Spectacular Views and Water Access

The house is perched steps from the ocean with a huge deck area with pool, hot tub, dining table and plenty of seating. We swam and snorkeled right from the deck steps. The kitchen is well-equipped and living room/dining area is huge with the same great view as the deck. Taxis were readily available from the street in front of the house. We enjoyed several meals at wonderful local restaurants at the nearby Fish Fry. I was a fabulous introduction to the Bahamas. The people were wonderful and the house manager was very helpful.

Great Vacation with Family; Beautiful Spot

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We also enjoyed going down the steps to the ocean, and that the rocks don’t hurt your feet and there is sand to walk on. The ocean being swimmable there (waves were often calm) was a bonus! Kitchen was reasonably equipped for making meals for our group. Having a washer & dryer was a plus with our little ones.

Loved being on the ocean

Great living space and lots of beds.Shenque, the host, was very kind and helpful with check in and check out and anything we needed while there.It was great to be on the ocean but the waves were big enough that you couldn't use the beach that is off the back deck, even at low tide.Saunders beach is 3 min walk. Everything else (KFC, Burger King, gas station and liquor store are about 1 mile walk on a very busy road with narrow or no sidewalk. Unless you plan to stay only at the house, you will need a car or take taxis.

Great Stay!

I stayed here with a party of 10. There was plenty of room, the home was very spacious. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was easy. Shenque, the property manager was amazing. She explained and showed me where everything was and how to operate certain things within the home as well. The location is perfect as it was not too far from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely recommend and book again if I have the opportunity.

The views were amazing.

The house was very spacious. The kitchen was amazing and was enjoyed by all the family who love to cook. There was some damage to the steps down to water due to late season hurricane. There was also a delay in checking in which was due to the late checking out of the previous guests but the cleaning crew allowed us to drop off all our luggage.

Great house room for everyone!

We had a family reunion stay here total of 12 people. The house needs updating but was large and roomy for us all and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but Shenque got right on it and it was quickly fixed. The only thing was we thought we would have our own little beach area but there was none at all. That may have been due to the time of year.

The house was great, excellent location on the oceanOnly drawback was condition of some of the property - swimming pool was damaged during recent major storm. Contractors were trying to fix it while we stayed there.There were issues with the showers - some lacked hot water and had little water pressure. Tried to use the hot tub, had difficulty making it work.A drawback from an otherwise great vacation

A Perfect Thanksgiving

A truly wonderful stay at a beautiful home! AMAZING views, spacious home with plenty of amenities. Centrally located but definitely a busy area on the island. The home provides plenty of privacy, including multiple entertainment areas. Shenique, the Propery Manager, was both highly accommodating and responsive. The recommended Private Chef (Chef Bevan) was great and prepared meals for two nights and they were truly culinary delights. Please note that the recommended Private charter (Captain Eugene) was not reliable, but Shenique helped turn lemons into lemonade and assisted with other options. Will definitely reserve this home again!
