A brand-new unit thoughtfully designed with a minimalist approach, emphasising clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a harmonious balance between form and function. The interior features a neutral color palette, high-quality finishes, and smart use of space to create a calm, modern, and welcoming environment.

Conveniently located just a few steps from the swimming pool and basketball court, with a waterpark and fitness gym opening very soon.

We provide private car and motorbike rentals (Toyota Innova and Yamaha Vega Forcei) available for self-drive or with a driver at a minimal fee, perfect for exploring the beauty of Tagaytay, Nasugbu, and surrounding areas. Please message us to discuss. Please note that both the car and motorbike are securely parked on our premises at all times.

Guest access
Our beds and sofa come with convenient modular pull-out beds, perfect for providing extra comfort for larger families.

JBL sound system + 2 wireless microphones are available for karaoke session with family & friends.

While cooking isn’t permitted in the kitchen, you’re more than welcome to enjoy the BBQ grill outside. Please note that the bathtub does not have a heater—perfect for a cool, refreshing soak, and don’t forget your swimwear! Lastly, a few cabinets are reserved for the property owner’s use only and are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Maintaining the cleanliness of our home during your stay is something that truly makes a difference in everyone’s comfort and well-being. A tidy and organized space not only looks inviting but also creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

Any additional guests beyond six will be charged ₱500 per person, with a maximum limit of 8 guests in total. Please message us to discuss.

Swimming pool is FREE for the first 4 pax. For any additional pax, a minimal fee of 200php for adult and 100php for child is applicable.
