PLEASE NOTE: All beds are freshly made just before check-in. Last-minute bookings may result in a delayed check-in to allow time for bed preparation.

MILITARY/VETERAN DISCOUNT: 10% off the total reservation is applied after the booking is complete. Must provide proof of status/ID. One discount per reservation.

EXTENDED STAYS: Extra mandatory cleaning/turnover service fee will be added after booking confirmation for all reservations longer than 14 days. This will increase the final rental price. The additional cleaning cost total will depend on the length of stay.

ALARM SYSTEM: We use SimpliSafe to protect our home and guests. We have outdoor security cameras monitoring two (2) exterior doors. We have a motion sensor in the living room that remains OFF during all reservations when the alarm system is inactive.

HISTORIC HOME: Our home, over 100 years old and well-cared-for, shows its age in some places. Expect loving wear, quaint aging, and a charming patina inside and outside.
