âExperienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world.â

âWell, we checked in the early afternoon. Did not take long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was great but I did expect a Jacuzzi for a suite. Food court was great. Good pizza. We walked around a few blocks,( to Mom's Spaghetti) from the hotel it was kind scary the first couple of blocks. There was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk with trash around. There was another man asking for money at the Walk light. ( We live in the country and my mind was blown)) once we crossed it...

âThis is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit Detroit. Exceeded our expectations. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful whether we're just walking in the door or need assistance. Walking distance from all event centers and greektown. â

âThis place is a total gem! We booked a weekend stay here for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and let me tell you, they still canât stop talking about it. From the warm welcome at check-in to the smooth check-out, my mom gave me the full play-by-play on how kind and professional the staff was (like, five-star concierge vibes).
The rooms? Super cozy and spotless. They loved chatting with other couples in the private yard. It gave off such a peaceful, homey vibe. And the breakfast? Ohhh, the...
âFinding parking was a little difficult due to road construction, but every other aspect of the stay was great. Check-in was quick, and the host was quick to respond to my needs. I would definitely stay again!â

The hotel is in need of refurbishment and updates.
Staff felt indifferent but did their job effectively.

âReally nice hotel! Enjoyed our stay! Rooms were very clean and nice! Overall a nice stay and we would love to stay there again!
I think the customer service could have been better, they were ok! Didnt feel too welcome from the staff in the front desk!
