âExcellent in every way. Have stayed in several so-called five-star hotels in India, but unfortunately most of them are not fully five-star. The Oberoi, on the other hand, is an excellent choice. In addition, I received an attractive price for my stay at The Oberoi.â

Staff members at the front desk are helpful at check in and in aiding with suggestions to restaurants or anything else that one desires. Housekeeping and room service staff are all extremely polite. Wonderful experience. â
âAbsolutely stunning place. The staff are very helpful and patient. The room was supposed to be in the wing but we ended up in the main building in a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was more like lunch or at the very least a big brunch. There aren't any maps of the building so we had to ask for help to even get out of the hotel. The pool area is worth visiting, even if you don't want to swim. They had lighter, less expensive food, drinks, deserts and for those who need it I noticed there is...
âI stayed at this hotel for the third time in March 2024 and it was just as amazing as the previous two occasions (2014 and 2018).
This time, too, they recognized me the second I stepped into the lobby. The staff are fantastic, helpful and with a big smile on their faces. Unfortunately the restaurant was no longer open (except for breakfast) but I got tips on other restaurants nearby.
Thank you for another pleasant stay with you. See you next time I'm in Mumbai.â

About half an hour walk from ooty, or ten minutes by bus.
The food is really good and the staff is nice and helpfulâ

âFairly nice Hotel in an old building with old details. Sober, but equipped with all you need, rooms. Good WiFi and ok breakfast with even Indian dishes worth trying.
The hotel lies in a really quiet street only 100 meters away from the busy streetlife and only 300 meters from the entry (Green Gate) to the International cruiseterminal.
