âWe booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfectâsuper walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. It was a little chilly, but still such a fun way to experience the neighborhood.

âYes, it was a bit noisy during the day. Yes, the floor was a little sticky from wrong cleaning products. And yes, I definitely could have used something to put my toiletry bag on in the bathroom. All that being said, this place was great! It was modern, clean, and right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city. We walked everywhere and would definitely stay here again. â
âWe were in the Rail Park suite and found it very comfortable and convenient. I was a little dubious at first about the "invisible" service, but the managers answered the phone and responded promptly to my inquiry about parking options. (We used a parking lot just a minute's walk from the hotel.) The suite was very thoughtfully designed and equipped. For example, the kitchen has not only gleaming stainless steel appliances but also glasses, pots, dish soap, measuring cups, etc. The bath products...

âI have to give a huge shoutout to Dondre (I think that was his name) for giving us an early check in. We arrived so early around 7:30am and were so tired, and we thought weâd call and ask to check in by 12 or so⊠he let us check in at 9am and we were able to get some rest so we could catch up on work before the Eagles game. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE GO BIRDS!â
