“The worst hotel we were staying at in our whole life ( we trawel a lot!) :( directly after arrival the manager took us to his office and tried to sell us very expensive trip to Agra and Jaipur.
They didnt cleen the room not even once during our 4 nights there. Bedsheets were dirty and all room smelled strange. Bathroom was cold, sink and toilet was not cleaned in a loong time. Mould was covering shower courtain.
Brakefast was serwed in a basement and to be honest not much choice there so we...

“Once i got my bearings it was easy to get to transport links. There was a shopping bazaar around the corner with shops, bars and cafes.
My room was clean and comfortable and 24hr room service came in handy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would stay again.”
“I have booked this for 3 separate nights day 1 on arrival to Delhi the last day of my trip and in the middle. The hotel have allowed me to leave a large bag with them and travel lightly for 5 days then on return they will wash and iron my clothes. Amazing. Staff are great very helpful

“Vi tyckte hotellet va kanon! Låg på ett bra ställe i Dehli. Nära till shopping och att se en del av det "riktiga" Indien. Hjälpsam personal och god mat på hotellet. Frukost toppen med stekt ägg o pannkakor på beställning!”
“Ett mycket prisvärt hotell, jag skulle jämföra att standarden ligger mellan scandic och clarion sign i sverige där största skillnaden ligger i frukostutbudet. Dock är frukosten väldigt god men fokus på indiska rätter.
Rena rum som städades varje dag och väldigt hjälpsam personal. Ett hotell jag rekommenderar alla dagar i veckan.”

"The hotel was just stunning, very clean, feels like you’re in a rainforest retreat just moments away from the hustle of New Delhi. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure our needs were met and greeting us at every opportunity. The restaurants were also great - breakfast buffet is completely safe and delicious. Overall I would say this is incredible value for money and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Obviously things at the hotel are “expensive” for being in New Delhi, but we were happy to pay the premium to ensure good quality food and service.
Enjoyed a free yoga class which they host daily, and comfortable pool beds. "
"Fantastiskt frukost och vi beställde en chaufför som körde runt oss till alla sevärdheter vi ville. Verkligen bra! Dock var poolen under reparation. Hade varit skönt att svalka sig i hettan. De körde oss dock till ett annat gratis, men någon kompensation kanske? Restaurangen Sorrento var fantastisk, lika bra som i Italien!"

"Great location in hectic Old Dehli with lots of charm. The downside was that it was noisy at night but perhaps that was because of Devali. Dinner from the restaurant was excellent and the rooftop area is nice to relax in. Especially enjoyed the kite flying and overlooking the roofs. Room was spacious, clean and with good AC. The annoying parts was that communication with the hotel was a disaster and not with line with a hotel of this standard. They don’t answer on email and WhatsApp and when they do things go wrong with airport pick up. Very nonchalant. Breakfast was a disappointment and a very bland affair. "
