“We booked Super 8 Laurel 'cause we wanted an outdoor pool after 5 days of Festival-camping. Upon arrival the motel makes a very dirty an unfriendly impression. No flowers as shown on pictures at hotels.com. Then the porter tells us that the pool has not been in use for 3 years!! That's why we immediately left and stayed at Motel 6 in Laurel instead. “Stayed for a few days while travelling. I booked the room almost three months prior but on the morning of the check in I got a call saying they no longer had the room I had reserved, but would downsize my room but not receive any compensation. We realized after we got there that they had taken our room to give to a large group of people who had showed up day of and wanted rooms all in a row. Got there and our “new” non smoking room smelled like smoke. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean...

“The area and building is clean. The first room I entered had stains on the cushion sitting area. Switched rooms. The second had a long string ofhair on the towel and no telephone. The third final had hand prints on the wall. The hair dryer was disgusting. The shower curtain was on backwards. Scum was all on the tile behind the bathroom. A ball of dust was in the overhead light fixer furniture over the bed. It didn't smell clean. Never experienced that before and will never experience it again....
