“Booked through Expedia, and when we got there to check in, they upcharged us to double the amount we booked it for. They required us to sign a slip, so we had to pay for it or have no room. ”

“The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful once we called them to let them know we were there for check in. The coupons we received for the dinner next door was perfect for the breakfast.”

“After signing an affidavit that I would not smoke in the hotel room I opened the door to a room smelling like marijuana smoke. My kids found blood on the shower wall and there was clearly mold on the grout. The breakfast was awful, the fried eggs were literally hard and the sausage was not edible. It was honestly the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get it’s a comfort suites but come on, do better.”

“Very nice B&B near downtown Gettysburg. Very nice welcome from staff - we got there a bit late in afternoon or early evening after excessive traffic coming from Philadelphia - both rush hour and construction. Room, bed and amenities very nice and comfortable. Gas fireplace in room. Room located in different building from main office. One on flight of stairs then 2 smaller flights to room. “Other than being handed the wrong key while checking in and almost being locked out of the room for the evening, it was a lovely stay and the day staff were great. They really should have a back up service at night for incidentals like pipes bursting, power outages or when the ghost cat is on a tear.”

“I do not recommend this hotel at all! Very dirty. The shower was not clean, still had leftover soap in the soap tray from the previous customers. Soap scum on shower walls and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Nothing was clean in this room except for the sheets. The bed spread smelled like mold. The pillows are flat and old. Everything was dusty/dirty. There are people living in this motel who obviously look like something from the Hills...

“The place is now called the Aspire Hotel. It looks abandoned and not very nice looking. The inside has several rooms being set up for what looks like a preschool. The room was clean and nice but the place itself, pretty crappy. Breakfast was pretty bad.”
