“convinced it wasn’t cleaned at all. when we arrived on the patio, there was a trash bag full of stuff. We were later than blamed for smoking in the apartment because in the trash bag they found outside had cigarette butts. No one in my group smoke cigarettes at all and they still are blaming us and trying to charge us $250. In my bedroom when i got into bed the sheets weren’t even fully on had to make my own bed.”

“This is a remodeled Holiday Inn from a much older hotel. They’ve done a good job, but I will say pulling up I had my doubts. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a view of downtown and a Uber took 10 min. Or so to get downtown based on time and traffic. For the price it was with it.”

“We traveled to Denver for Fan Expo and chose this hotel because of its convenient location between downtown and the convention center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they allowed us to check in about an hour early, which gave us extra time to explore downtown before our event. The first room we were assigned was unfortunately disappointing. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was very dark, had stains in the bathtub, and overall gave a poor first impression. “Queen Ann B&B was wonderful from check-in to check -out. Hannah met us with warm friendly welcome, showed us around. She even made us snickerdoodle cookies! The room was very spacious and quiet...cozy. We opted to walk across the park to a wonderful little Italian restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty.( yogurt, fruit, cranberry bread slab, scrambled eggs, stuffed pita bread, coffee & orange juice). Check out was simple and painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back.”

“Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and newly renovated. The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel.”

“The negative was there was no television set in the room. This was the first hotel I've ever been to with no t.v. T.V.s are so inexpensive now, that it shouldn't be a problem to add those. The other negative was the plumbing in the shower. If you tried to cool down the temperature it went completely cold so we had to quickly shower in way to hot water. The positive was the super comfy bed and access to the lounge and pizza restaurant next door. It was also quick to the 16th street bus system...
