“Very low water pressure with limited amount of hot water. At best you’d get a luke warm shower with no pressure at all. The check in and continental breakfast area appears clean although our room and restroom could use a deep clean.”

“This was one of the nicest "budget" hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh. The location was perfect, right off I-80. We only stayed one night on our way to New Hampshire, but we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.”

“We stayed in Willowbrook one bedroom. Apparently Wyndham took over Willowbrook, but there were very little improvements made. We asked for a room on higher floor and were given a room on first floor, closest to lobby… there were like 6 cars in the lot first night, so rooms were available. We also paid for king bed and we were given 2 queen beds. There were bugs in the room coming in from patio door. We reported the bugs and they offered to have someone “clean it up”… they did nothing. “Main lamp with broken switch, couldn’t turn on. TV remote didn’t always work, had to adjust volume on the TV directly. Bathroom mirror had glass missing on edge, the entire mirror should be replaced. Really old curtains need to be replaced. Some outside areas were very dirty, not cleaned in a long time. No mulch in the garden, exposing dirty plastic sheets. These are all easy fixes, but they give the impression of being too cheap to improve the appearance of the hotel.”
