âLiked the view of Mackinac Bridge from our balcony. Someone was smoking on their balcony so I couldn't enjoy sitting outside in the fresh air with my morning coffee.
Breakfast area was too small and long line for waffle maker. Didn't use the pool. Room was clean.â
âThe price for a two night stay with three beds and a pull-out couch was less than $700 and we spent more than that at another hotel for only a two bed and their bed sucked so did everything else there they were disgusting but Cedar hills Lodge was absolutely amazing they were clean they had lots of space their beds were absolutely so comfortable I actually slept really good for the first time in a hotel they even had very comfortable blankets plenty of towels free Wi-Fi we had a balcony there...
âGreat location right across form the marina and walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and the ferry to Mac Island. We arrived super late after sailing across the lake and the staff made sure we could still check in even though their office was closed. â
âProperty is well kept, rooms are clean.kitchen d friendly with a few things for kids to do. On beach and outside pool The lake guts ng in room was not very bright so that made it a little harder for person who had had a lot of eye surgeries or a person who had eye problems. That need the brighter light. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and the price was fair. Person checked ng us in was very friendly and polite and nice to the kids â

âSuper clean bathroom and sleeping area. The exterior is a throwback to the 60s motorcourt era but that hides a modern, comfortable room. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.â
âOur room was in great condition and clean. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfastâŠok. The room was extremely small and hard to get around with so many people. We did not use the pool, but our friends did and it was super cloudy, which looked gross, but could have been from an over abundance of chemicals? Either way, cleanliness is always my top concern and this place was just that, so I would definitely stay here again. â
âThis was a lovely property. Only issue was the TV. Could barely get it to work. The front desk was of two opinions as to how to get it to work -- we lost out in the process. Get better remotes or better train your personnel to operate what you have.â
âThis was our second visit to Cedars Motel and it was great just as the first visit! Hannah and Alex are both very welcoming and friendly! Very helpful with answering questions about the area and Mackinac Island and things to do. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and they have a common area for making a bonfire and sitting around. Also provide continental breakfast! Definitely will continue booking a stay with Cedars!â
âOur stay here was perfectâ 5 mins from the ferry to Mackinac, very clean and modern interior, and check in/out was quick and easy! This is a perfect place to stay, we didnât mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! â
