Casa Pinarrets by Totiaran is a holiday house situated in Salardú town, at the Valley of Aran. This property for rent offers a mountain style, very comfortable and functional; It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 10 people. It is located 5 minutes by car from the ski resort in Baqueira Beret and 20 minutes from the town of Vielha.

This rental accommodation in Salardú offers spectacular views of the mountains and is ideal to enjoy in summer from its garden terrace. It is an ideal house for two families, it is very well equipped, with electric radiators, and it is distributed in 5 levels: From the ground floor you can enjoy a fabulous garden terrace with a living room and kitchen, on the street level floor you will find the main living room with great comfort and on the three upper levels are the bedrooms.

From the main entrance door is the entrance hall with a bench to sit on and leave your shoes. Continue inside and you will find the main living room area, with spectacular views of the valley. On the left, there is a round table ideal for sharing, moving forward are some comfortable sofas and armchairs. This room is fully illuminated by a large window that has access to the balcony. Also, in this area you can enjoy watching TV all together.

From this level you can go downstairs where you will find the kitchen and dining area. This spacious area is first distributed with a fully equipped American kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and other appliances. Next to the kitchen bar is the main dining table for up to 8 people; but the house also has an outdoor terrace table, a folding table for 6 people that is placed on the terrace in summer and can be used inside during winter. Next to the kitchen is a courtesy toilet. On this level there is a fireplace equipped with a metal duct, to enjoy the heat of the firewood.

From the living-dining room level upwards we will find the third level where the master bedroom with bathroom en suite is located. This room has a 160 cm wide double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe; It is very well lit with natural light from its fabulous balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers two sinks and has a bathtub and heated towel rails.
On the same level to the right, we find a room with a 160com double bed, with a wooden headboard and a nightstand on the left, it also has a built-in wardrobe. The window offers a lot of natural light.


On this third level you will also find the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and cleaning and house care utensils.

Going up to a fourth level you will find a complete bathroom with a bathtub and two more bedrooms. One of the rooms has wooden ceilings and a lateral slope with a velux window, it has two single beds with wooden heads and their respective night tables on each side with lamps, and it has a built-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is small, it has a single bed with a trundle bed for an extra person and also has a built-in wardrobe.

Going up to the last level of the house towards the attic we find the third double bed. It is an attic with two pyramid-style wooden ceilings, two velux ceilings through which a lot of light enters and with spectacular views, which offers a comfortable 160 cm bed for two and a nightstand for rest.

Casa Pinarrets by Totiaran has a parking space in front of the house. It is a private garage where you can also leave your skis and boots, which has access from the street.

Enjoy the Aran Valley, its beautiful natural landscapes, all the activities you can do both in winter and summer and above all discover its towns and delicious gastronomy, the mountain style.
