It’s super easy to complete on your phone. We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions.
As part of the check-in, you’ll select one of three options for property damage protection:
A) No Coverage – You assume full financial responsibility for any accidental damage.
B) $75 Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $1,500 with no claims process.
C) $1,000 Hold – A fully refundable hold placed on your credit card, released after checkout if there’s no damage.
