This space has tons of entertainment options including arcade games, bikes for beachside cruising, and kayaks for exploring the serene waters. Beach towels are included for guest to use while they are visiting.

A welcome letter with check in and check out information, as well as codes and condo policies will be emailed to you within 2-4 weeks of your stay. *IMPORTANT NOTE* If the check-out cleaning procedure is not followed and additional cleaning is required beyond the cleaners' normal routine cleaning, an extra cleaning fee (up to the full amount) will be charged directly to the guest.


This unit does not allow pets. As we also use it as our second home and one of our children has allergies, having pets in the unit poses a health risk to our family and future guests. Therefore, we cannot accommodate service animals or emotional support animals. Additionally, we do not provide baby gates for the stairs.
